Have a great Day girlies!
Good for you for getting yourself back on track. Persistence will make you successful.

From what I've heard it doesnt really matter which way you get that exercise in, I've heard arguements for both sides and both make valid points. The biggest thing is that you get it in! I'm sorry to hear you've been struggling lately and I hope you find that strength again! Remember why it is you want to do it, remembering those goals and writing them down just might get you up and working out!

Thanks Melissa!

Here's where it gets tricky for me....in the past, whenever I have achieved a mini goal, I start to relax and then I slip up. I am staying focused this time! My goal is to have a NO GAIN WEEKEND!!

Earthgrl – 10 – wow!! My oldest will be 9 this year and I can’t believe it – his baby pics make me a little sad!!

Fat Chick B Gone – I tell my son’s preschool teacher every week that she has a class full of 18 reasons for birth control!! Honestly, I absolutely adore my kids and wouldn’t trade them for anything – but they are a lot of work -- but to me, it’s your choice what you put into it – they could be less work but in the long run, I’m hoping to have productive members of society – who have a great desire to move out at 18 (not 40!!).

Jen 415 – 25 lbs – yeah!!! My favorite show I watched recently (Celebrity Fit Club) – the last show they had everyone do a run with a “fat suit” consisting of all the weight they had lost – I would love one of those along the way just to “feel” my accomplishments!!

Hope everyone has a great day and gets lots of exercise!!

Good Morning Ladies

I haven't had a chance to read through ALL of the posts but I did manage to skim through some of them and I must say we have a great team here! Everyone is doing so good. Some have lost weight, some haven't but everyone still manages to get up and keep going and I think that's a job well done!

I've had a really bad "begining of the week" with food. It's been really stressful here but today is a new day. Theres nothing I can do about it now, it's in the past so I'm just going to move forward. I set a Mother's Day goal for myself and I'm going to reach it! I wish everyone a great day and I'm off to go workout.

Default 3FC Memorial Day 5k

Hey girls, not sure if you've all seen this but maybe you'd like to sign up for the 3FC Memorial Day 5k HERE! I have found myself doing one every time I get on the treadmill anymore and it's because EZMoney inspired me a few weeks back.

I made it through another morning of getting up early to exercise...yay me...lol. Seriously, you don't know just how horrible it is for me to wake early...lol. I've done it 2 days in a row now. I went walking after school yesterday and plan to do it again today. I'm hoping this really speeds up my weight loss. I think it will be easier cuz I won't be waiting until evening when I'm already tired and it's so easy to talk myself out of exercising.

I was making some bad food choices but I think I'm pretty much back on track now. I just gotta keep remembering what I'm trying to accomplish.

Okay, this is going to be long but I really wanted to catch up on posts:

Veggie lady- happy belated birthday!!!

Shy moment- I’m sure your dr. will be happy with you no matter what the scale says. Changing your eating habits for the better is hard work.

Muse- Congratulations on reaching onderland!!!

Jen415- yay for flushing away the celebration calories. Great job on the weight loss so far 25 lbs is great! Good luck getting your no gain weekend. I know you can do it.

Cakses- don’t forget, everyday is a new day and a new chance to do it right. Just pick yourself up and move on. I know it’s hard, I fight this same battle of losing momentum all the time.

Montecristo- sounds like you are doing awesome with your exercise. What dvd’s did you order?

Sheywood- 2 lbs is great and I hope you all feel better soon.

Jenjen-good job getting exercise in with a sick boy. I hope he feels better soon.

ThisTimeIsDifferent- I know exactly what attitude you’re talking about. I get it from my 13 year old...just wanna beat him sometimes...lol. Good luck on your mother’s day goal!

Dandk0204- Congratulations on being the biggest loser!!!

wkgirl- sounds like an anniversary you won’t forget...lol. Happy anniversary!!!

Army wife- wow! that is a lot of exercise. I could never keep up with you.

Bella mia- sounds like you have an awful lot on your plate. Just do the best you can. I look forward to getting to know you better.

Shelby- I only have boys. I really wanted a girl but am kinda glad I didn’t have one cuz I think I would have gone crazy...lol. Just seems like there is so much more to worry about with a girl. Of course, my son’s trying out for football so I might want to take that back later...lol.

Kellybones- good job...any activity makes a difference

Fat chick b gone- good job on getting the exercise in even though you were uncomfortable. That shows a lot of dedication to your health.

Diva- our mood can affect us so much more than we realize. Today is a new day so just start fresh today. You are doing great so far. Glad you’re feeling better today. I need to get Bob’s book. I want to read it. I think I’m gonna sign up for the 5k. I saw that before and figured I’d like to get in on it.

Jay41- congratulations!!! that is a huge milestone. really awesome!!!

Melissa- good luck on your exam. You’ll pass with flying colors!

csChick- good job on pushing yourself. I’m trying shorter, more intense workouts right now...mostly cuz of time but I’m curious to see if I still get good results.

eartghgrl- good job on staying on plan and getting exercise in. any exercise you can fit in is good and I agree that exercising affects your mood, I know it does for me. I also know what you mean about being old enough to have a 10 year old..my oldest turns 14 in less than a month. I so know how you’re feeling.

Mayness- exercise definitely helps with stress. I hope you get back on track soon. 2 lbs is a good loss so far.

Good luck to all of you trying to quit smoking. It is so hard to do but so worthwhile. I’ve made it 7 years now. You can definitely do it.

Sorry this was so long. I’ll try to post more often so I don’t have as much to catch up on.

Everyone’s doing a great job! Keep it up!!!

I'm sorry that I don't have time to do much in the way of personals right now, but I'll do my best to catch up Friday once our monthly reports are all in. Though I don't have time to speak with all of you by name, I want you all to know that I think you're terrific. GO RED TEAM!!

joylove26 - These are the DVDs I got.
Denise Austin: Boot Camp - Total Body Blast
The Firm - Total Body Toner
Denise Austin: Fat Burning Dance Mix
Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred
When I get excited about something I usually go way overboard (hence the fact I bought 4 dvds instead of starting with one or two), but I had several coupons for amazon, so I got all four dvds for about $12.

Dandk0204 - Congratulations! You're putting me to shame. Keep up the good work!

Jen - Wow, 25lbs. You're doing fabulous!

RED TEAM ROCKS!!

Terrific price on the videos. I love to go there and find some I haven't done. There are still a few of Leslie Sansone's I am looking for. I check amazon every week for them. I think they are like lays potato chips, no one can get just one lol

Joyce
My doctor is just full of encouragement. When I had lost 50 pounds she said something like, " How nice, wonder how long it is going to take you to get the rest of it off. " Yup, that is the wonderful encouragement of my doctor. She is much better than she use to be lol.

bejeweled
I think sometimes we just become to use to routine. We have to shake it up a bit. Rather that means the exercise we do or the foods we eat. We let a little here and a little there slip in. Tweaking what we do every couple of months I think really keeps us on track. I hope this new diet plan is right for you. Might just be what you need to keep things going in the direction you wan them to go. I hope you have a great time at your visit. Oh I loveeeee BBQ. I happen to think God make BBQ ribs just for me and my best friends lol. I save up a few grams of fat and carbs for weeks until I have enough saved up to have a rack of ribs. No point messing around lol. I stay on plan this way too. Maybe next time I better lower that to half a rack. Might be one of the little tweaks I need.

Diva
I have to say while I am married I am not dead and eye candy really does keep me going lol.

Jen
That is terrific 25 pounds gone forever.
fat chick b gone
I have always said the best form of birth control was to let a couple who have decided they want to have children baby sit mine for the weekend lol.

earthgrl
When my son turned 21 this year I told him I couldn't possibly be his mother. I am not old enough to have a child that old. Heck I just turned old enough myself to have a legal drink lol.

cschick
I think all the exercise is good and I think mixing it up is important. Have some that is high intensity, get that heart rate up. Have some that is lower intensity and work on the muscles.
