Aww, thanks for all the birthday wishes. There was a cake, but I had a tiny piece, which I was proud of myself, because I could have eaten the whole thing. It was so delicious.

Nice going. You enjoy the cake but made sure you didn't eat to much. That is a real nsv.

I have a doc appointment on Friday which happens to be May 9th. I year since I have changed how I eat and started to lose some weight. Will be nice to see how much I have lost in that one year. Won't be so nice because they are having the scales re calibrated tomorrow ( I was told when I had my son at the doc last week ) and they said the scale was way off. Oh well. I weigh less today than I did a year ago. I will adjust my ticker no matter which way it goes

Good morning ladies Just popping in to say hello this morning. It's going to be a busy day. Lot's of running around to do, and tonight my husband and I are celebrating our 7th wedding anniversary. He surprised me last night with flowers and a tennis braclet. He is insane....I told him that, but I LOVE the braclet I've been wanting one for a long time. I just get nervous when he buys me things like that...especially with our vacation coming up. He handles the bills though, so he knows what he's working with He then tells me though he wants nothing but a card....oh okay! It doesn't work like that buddy. I think I'm going to buy him some new cologne and a shirt or two for our trip. I have to say there are so many different threads going pertaining to this challenge that my eyes go crazy trying to find the one I want. I'm not sure why this seems so overwhelming to me this time around, but it does. I feel awful that I can't do personals. I do read what I can though and wish you all the best. Keep up the hard work ladies~

Personals are way beyond my abilities at this point too -- sorry ladies -- I think of you all often during the day (every time I try to grab a cookie or something off plan, I can "feel" one of you slapping my hand and shaking your finger at me!!! ).

Hope everyone has a great day -- hoping it warms up here so my little guy and I can get some gardening done.

Morning Red Sisters!

Happy Anniversary, Tina!

Happy Birthday, Tara! Well done on the cake! I couldn't have showed that much restraint!

Shy, I bet your doc will be blown away by your progress!

Chick B Gone: How was spinning? I think my butt would hurt too much!

Jelynn: You are a cleanin' fool! That would definitely burn some cals!

CountingDown: A moped is a good idea! If I didnt have a 45 mile round trip every day that is what I would do! I have a Mazda 5 that gets just average gas mileage (25 mpg). I bet because of gas prices, moped and motorcycle sales will skyrocket!

Muse: Well done on reaching ONEderland!!

Diva: Thanks for the MySpace add! (any of you other MySpacers can add me too! www.myspace.com/jen41565)

Well, yesterday I consumed LOTS of water and other non-caloric beverages. The result: I flushed away (literally!) everything I had gained from my Cinco de Mayo celebration over the weekend! In fact, I am at a new recent low! Just a pound away from 25 lbs total gone! YAY!

See y'all later!!

Results are posted each week, I've got ours ready to go I'm just waiting for Chellez to start the thread (just in case she had something special she had planned on doing with it)

Way to go RED team!! We only had 4 people use freebies this week and 2 of them were just accidents! 1 person has never even started a weigh in thread so I imagine they just arent doing the challenge. Thats the best turnout I think I've seen in any round yet! Excellent job on committing to yourself and getting those weights posted!! Red team rocks!

Being kind of a numbers geek (and having a few extra minutes), I crunched our team's numbers....I won't post them and steal our leaders' thunder..... but let's just say we are AWESOMELY FABULOUSLY IMPRESSIVE!

Melissa: Thanks! That is how I want to tackle ANY gain from now on...no more crying about it--just DEAL with it and get 'er done!

Oh man - SOS!!! I lost my momentum on Saturday and have been struggling since. Scale is up 2 and I am kicking myself! Just wanted to drop in before another LONG day at work and say I am hanging in there, but the week did not start out good

Hey what part of Texas are you from? I'm from Ft. Worth, me and the boys are heading home in July and I can't wait!!

Hi everyone! I've managed to snatch enough time to speed read my way through the thread. Keep up the good work!

Still on plan here. It is tough with the added work and stress of close, but I think that sticking with my exercise regime is actually helping. I ordered a few exercise DVDs last week, and they just shipped today! I can't wait for them to come so I can try them out. Sat and Sun I rearrange my bedroom so that I would have a good size space for any exercises that I'll be doing. My running program is going great. I was able to jog 12 minutes out of the 30.
