Thank you all so much I've ,and throwna I've out and stood looking at the ceiling in disbelief I've been thankful , If my grand mother had been sitting in her chair when the ceiling came down it would of killed her , thank God my DH noticed the crack in the ceiling , so $500.00 later one trip to the ER with DH (who is feeling a little better) , every thing is some what back to normal, this is one March I will never forget. I was upset when I thought I was off the team , I completely forgot I still had a freebie left. I know I'm not on here all the time but I have really enjoyed this challenge , and your so great with the support to you all .Rena

just checking in before getting ready for work. my plan was to work-out this morning....putting it off until this afternoon...hopefully I will get outside for a C25K session before the weather gets nasty again. If not, Bob and Jillian are always ready to get my butt in gear!

Dea, I usually find them @ Smiley central. I download it, email the ones I like best to myself, save them to my PC and then get the Smiley central off my computer, lol! I have a zillion Smiley's saved on my pc and even more in a msn group I have with my best friends. Anyone is welcome to join. Just pm me.
so i went to the gym last night... i'm having to work back up to my 45 mins on the treadmill, but i did do 30 last night (i hadn't been to the gym except for the day before yesterday in about 2 weeks due to several things)... feels good to be back there and walking away my stress... and the BF is happy about it too because if i don't go to the gym, i have temper tantrims (which i had the day before yesterday, but i was better once i got home from the gym)
anyways, just wanted to check in... say hello and now i must get back to the office grind.... i'll be back on later
Good Morning everyone! Well there has been alot of action in the last couple of days, I had to catch up on like 4 pages. Been sick the last couple of days and I mean I haven't even gotten out of bed but maybe 4 times and that was to use the potty... However after getting on scale I did lose about 4 poundsHowever I know that probably half of that will come back today once I start eating again.

I'm pretty sure that my WIs won't count any more because I missed those weigh ins when my computer was down -- silly technology -- but I hope to be around for the next challenge!
