Vanetta, yes, I think sometimes work is like that. At my job, usually for a month or 2 then it gets better again for a while, it's a cycle.

As for food, I like Fitday to count it all for me. You have to add in lots of stuff, but then it's there the next time, so it's not too bad to use. The good part is when you need to see what works for you, you can go back and see what you did the week you did well and what you did the week you did not so well!

How is everyone doing? I hope for the next challenge that there are more boards at the beginning, even if we have to combine after a few weeks. I did not post much in the beginning because it was overwhelming to me.

Default Online Calorie Counters

I used to use fitday to track my calories, but I am liking The Daily Plate soooooooo much better. It has so many more foods already in the database and I don't have to add as many as I did Fitday. They also have groups and forums, you can add your exercise (like fitday). I just think it's awesome. If you put in your weight, it gives you the calorie number to go for. It's cool.

Anywho, yesterday was HORRIBLE! TOM is here early and I ate enuff calories for 2 freaking days!!! I so hate when this happens. Cramps are bothering me this morning. I can't eat when I have cramps, so maybe that's the only good thing? lol Sucks being a female sometimes. I feel like a whale today. I've decided to not exercise at all until Monday. The hip is feeling better, but I still feel a lump and it still gets irritated. Maybe I just pulled a muscle? Anyways, I'm gonna start back bright and early Monday and if it starts again, I'm just gonna go to the er since it's right up the road and NOT an hour away like my doctor.

So this challenge is almost over. How many of you will still chat until the next one??? I know I will. This place is apart of my weight loss plan.

Diva, I wish you could get your hip looked at sooner. Sorry you had a bad menstrual day. We all have them.

This place is part of my plan too! It's my only real support for WL! I'll be here after the challenge.

I am so busy that it's difficult to spend much time here anymore. Juggling so many projects at once is dragging me down. I'm trying to do too many things at once, but I HAVE to. I am still on plan! I need 2 more days in the week though.

Hey Ladies....I hope everyone is well...

What a difference a day makes....I still wish I would hit Lotto and not have to work, but I am resolved to not let it effect (or is it affect, I always get that messed up) the rest of "LIFE". Those of you with children, how many times do you actually have to tell them to do or not do something before it takes hold? And I am dealing with adults (part of my job is to enforce the standards for getting computer code into the production system)?

But enough about that....I think it's important to keep chatting after the challenge...I want to know how you guys are doing.

OK, here is today's little reminder that I am old....as I am researching calorie counting software I am finding where people are asking for the infor contained in their profiles to be linked up with their MySpace and Facebook accounts. I'm not sure how I feel about that....the internet is a scary place.

Hello everyone, hope everyone is doing okay. I also refuse to have or do myspace or facebook, it is scary and CRAZY!!!! My job has been very stressful lately and by time I get home I am so exhausted I just want to go to bed and my job is not physical at all......just mental!! Those around just don't understand how I can be so exhausted when I don't have a physical job.? Anyways not much else going on been doing ok with eating but did have chicken alfredo tonight but only ate less then half of the order so hopefully that will help. DH is taking me out of town this weekend to get away from everything as everyone is catching on that it has been a bad (stressful) couple of weeks. Well everyone have a great weekend and I will be back to weigh in Monday.

Can I just say.......I HATE THE F...ING SCALE . This challenge I've been soo frustruated with myself, ready for the new challenge so I can refocus on the important stuff.

Vanetta-I have a myspace account but I don't ever use it and I don't ever include it when I sign up for things. My husband uses his all the time and likes it to keep in touch with old friends and make new ones.

Diva-Checked out Daily Plate and it seems to be a lot better than Fit Day. It would take a little getting used to. Do you have the gold membership? If so is it worth the money. I'll be chatting in between challenges

Reda- I hear you about being exhausted from work. I too have more of a mental job than a physical one. My job can be stressful at times and thats when I get wore out. It would probably help if my co-worker I like to refer to her at dr jekyl and mrs hyde wouldn't be a cranky beeotch... Anyways...I know where you are coming from my hubby doesn't understand how I could be tired from sitting at a desk all day.

Soul- I commend you on busy schedule but yet staying op. When I'm extremely busy I tend slack on watching what I eat and exercising enough...I can't wait til summer!

ok well DD wants eggs for breakfast so I best get em made. Everyone have an op day.

I thought it was great, Jillian is not nearly as aggressive as she is on the show or anything, but it's kick butt. Strength combo moves like squats w bicep curls, cardio like jumping jacks, jump rope etc and then abs. I was definitely struggling.

If you have on demand TV, look for Exercise on Demand, then you can try b4 you buy.

Dream, I haven't tried the Gold membership @ TDP yet, but I am thinking about it. I've never tried the Sparkpeople. I know they gave the administrators of 3FC's some problems so I just never bothered to go there. If you made a Daily Plate account and wanna add me as a friend, I am Diva0467 there. I've joined a few of the groups, but I don't post @ the forum much. it's cool that they have it, but 3FC's is WAy better, hehe.

Anywho, I don't know why I even tortured myself by stepping on the scale...It's TOM and I know I am bloated, so WHY did I do it??? Why Dear Lord Why???....Okay, I'm better.

Ceegee---Is your user name on Nike+ the same as here? I was reading The Biggest Loser Challenge thread there and saw a Ceegee there. I wish I would have gotten my Sensor and known about TBL challenge there before it was to late to join. Are you in that challenge?
