I am asking all TBL members to please not discuss the negative situation we are experiencing any more on this thread - posts are being deleted that reference this. Although there are some very valid and thoughtful comments that would be good to share, it's hard to leave the posts up when they quote deleted posts. (does that make sense?)

Pain, arguments, and negative banter affect us all. Be a strong teammate! Unite and move past this! Please utilize your PM's to maintain community spirit for the ones that are not or do not wish to be involved.

Please PM me if you have any questions.

I'll miss Michie too but I will be seeing her for workouts!!!

I will miss you too Ahill. Where else do you hang out here?

Just wanted to say thanks again to everyone for the support throughout the last 2 challenges. It's been great.

3FC has been an integral part of my success at shedding this excess.

Hummm . . . okay . . . I must have missed the negativity. Maybe I had sweat in my eyes???

Michie - We'll miss you!!

I did 90 minutes on the Treadclimber today. It's, by far, the longest workout I've done on it. If I don't break through this plateau this week I'm going to FREAK OUT!!

Have you tried HIIT? I've not tried it yet, but others on 3FC say that it really works.

How are you sabotaging yourself?

"If you play it safe in life you've decided that you don't want to grow any more."

How are you sabotaging your potential for change?

We unconsciously use defence mechanisms to shield us from situations we perceive to be scary or painful. A part of you may want to grow and change, but another part may be resisting because change always moves you into new territory in your thinking and emotions.

If you find you are getting anxious, fearful, angry, frustrated, dismissive or unmotivated, then defence mechanisms are at work. Watch for them and know them to be signs of fear that wants to hold you back. Then courageously move through them.
