I have TBL power sculpt, where Jillian leads it and I was totally shocked...in a good way...she's a completely different person that she is on TBL. She gave pointers and explained why we were doing certain moves....I was very impressed.

Yesterday I fell a lil short in the water dept.

I fell asleep at 7:30 and didn't wake up til 5:45 this morning.
Here's my menu for yesterday:
B: banana
1 slice multigrain bread with 1 tsp pb
1 large pacific rose apple
1 glass 1% milk/soy milk (I did half and half)
S: 2 biscuits (OOPS)
L: 2 cups lettuce with 1/2 cup turkey 1/4 cup lowfat swiss cheese
2 tbsp SB Ranch dressing
S: 1 3oz chicken breast
1/2 cup stuffing
1/2 cup corn
Calories:1578
Water-58oz water
Exercise: 35 minutes running 10 minutes walking
