Hi, all --

Had a decent weekend eating wise but didn't get any workouts in at all. I did get 30 minutes of cardio sculpt this morning so the week is already off to a good start.

Not sure how my weigh in will be though -- still taking those hormone pills that are making me crazy bloated....but here's hoping.

Well I lost another 3 lbs but then yesterday I bellyflopped and ate like everything. I mean for the most part the stuff I ate wasn't too bad but I salted the heck out of it and ate a tom. I got on the scale this morning and it says I'm up like 7 lbs I know most of it is water because I feel like I'm going to float away! I need a good

Sorry, I've been MIA.

Well where to begin..

My weigh-in on Friday was down 1 lb, not as much as I'd like, but better than nothing. I'm sure I killed it this weekend though cause I did HORRIBLE! I went to a football game saturday and ate, went out to eat afterward and went out to eat Sunday. I have noticed I can't eat as much as I used to and had to take some home with me, but I still ate a lot and mostly bad. No exercise really, besides walking at the game. Also, my DDR broke and I'm in the process of ordering another one.. kinda sucks!

Stacie - WTG!!

One Fluffy Chick - I weigh-in everyday also, except weekends cause I'm too busy. It helps me keep accountable to myself, seeing those numbers everyday gives me reason to keep trying. If it's up, I look for what I did the day before that could have caused me to gain or if its water weight.. and I just feel great and motivated if it's down.


Hope everyone has a great OP day..

I had a really bad weekend. I guess bc it is the tom. I wanted to eat everything but it turned out to be ok, because when I weighed today I was down 5 pounds!!!!!! I am so excited. I thought I gained. Can someone lose that much weight from just drinking water??? I have been exercising but I haven't really been strict on my diet. Whatever I am doing I hope to keep doing it!!!!!

Thanks all for your concern. AF is here, and Ive been more of a psycho this time than I normally am. My emotions have been a total roller coaster. Ive went over on calories 2x this week and I hadnt done that in 3.5 months!! I still managed to go from 267.8 to 267.4. Hopefully I lost more than that though, cause I am majorly bloated from AF. I have however been working out like I should.

Amy - definately I can lose 5 lbs in a week if I drink about 2 liters of water each and every day without changing what I am eating. Generally I find I am eating less anyway because I am full from the water. But this will only happen the first week as the extra water I am retaining is flushed out. If I stop drinking it usually comes back.

I somehow managed to lose 8.3lbs this week! Wow! I edited my post in the weigh in thread with this weeks weight on it.

Hey girlie! Chin up, you lost some, and it's okay to have "off days" every now and then...we're only human! I think you're doing wonderful.
