Sorry, I've been MIA.
Well where to begin..
My weigh-in on Friday was down 1 lb, not as much as I'd like, but better than nothing. I'm sure I killed it this weekend though cause I did HORRIBLE! I went to a football game saturday and ate, went out to eat afterward and went out to eat Sunday. I have noticed I can't eat as much as I used to and had to take some home with me, but I still ate a lot and mostly bad. No exercise really, besides walking at the game. Also, my DDR broke and I'm in the process of ordering another one.. kinda sucks!
Stacie - WTG!!
One Fluffy Chick - I weigh-in everyday also, except weekends cause I'm too busy. It helps me keep accountable to myself, seeing those numbers everyday gives me reason to keep trying. If it's up, I look for what I did the day before that could have caused me to gain or if its water weight.. and I just feel great and motivated if it's down.
