Fooled- I never thought about how silly I would feel just sitting in on a class--LOL! I think I will go up there and talk to someone, or just "walk by" the class or something. I dunno. I just figure it would be something new and fun, plus something to get me out of the house.
Tomorrow is my weigh in day! I'm not feeling so great about it. I've been on plan and working out, but the scale just doesn't want to move much. We'll see, I have my fingers crossed!

I ate like a horse today I stayed within my calorie goal, but still feel guilty.
I did the biggest loser workout #3 for 25 minutes. I didnt even break a sweat, WTF is up with that? So after I finished with it I went back to #1 and did 15 minutes of it to work up a good sweat.
Good luck, Cassie! I know you can do it, and you'll feel so much better about yourself when you find a class you like and feel confident in, which will happen sooner than you can guess.
I had a Sunday dinner last night, and the recipe called for two tablespoons of salt. It's made me a feel grody and yesterday I drank like 8 bottles of water in like three hours because I was so thirsty and I didn't want to be retaining water on my weigh-in day. All that water sloshing around made my workout this morning less than fun, unfortunately, but I'd be more ticked off if I hadn't done it. Plus, today would have been one of those days where if I had been left to my own devices for my work out, I would have left after ten minutes. That's why I really like participating in classes. Well, I like participating in classes in theory. Today, in class, I was not a happy camper!
Ehh, I hate Mondays. I didn't do very good this weekend and the scale showed it, I'm up 1.8 pounds since my weigh-in on friday... But I have until Friday to take it back off, plus a lil more.
I packed my lunch today and already have my dinner planned for tonight. I'm going to play DDR tonight and weights.
It looks like everyone is doing so good, I feel bad for letting myself down this weekend. Today is another day though and I can pick myself back up and start new again.
Hope everyone has great op day!
PS. Would anyone like to start an exercise challenge like the other teams started? We can keep it on this thread.

(I borrowed this from the Red team)
ALSO, I know we're not the red team and we don't need to make this a challenge, but these are some good steps we should try to focus on everyday.
R - Ready yourself (making a plan of attack for the day)
E - exercise (even if its just 15 minutes)
D - daily affirmations (look yourself in the mirror and say something nice)
W - water (drink your daily goal)
I - inspiration (either by inspiring someone else, reading a success story, or posting some inspiration to the red team)
N - try something NEW (either a new food, exercise, walking route..anything!)
S - stretch (even 5 minutes in the morning makes a big difference in your day)
ValentineBride, you are not the only one hating Mondays. I was way out of control yesterday, in addition to a gain at Saturday's WI, I'm not happy with myself this morning. BUT, I will do better the rest of the week. I'm going to stay OP, add a little extra exercise, more vegtables, track my points. I will show a loss at next Saturday's WI.
Like you said "today is another day". We can't relive yesterday, just make today a better day.
That's my good news, then we went out for chinese and I'm pretty proud of myself. I ate a little more than I should but I did way, way better than I usually do and as soon as I got home I walked on the treadmill.
Good Morning Black Team!! I thought I'd posted here, but I don't see it, so I shall post it again! lol
I lost ONE pound! I am shocked I managed to lose anything as horribly as I started off this week. But, instead of getting frustrated & saying 'The **** with it', I stuck to my guns & made a conscious effort to get back on track. It worked a lil at least. Enough to keep me positive & staying on track to get healthy! Hope everyone has a great day & keep up the GREAT work!
BTW- TEN pounds Andi! WOW!! GREAT job!!
Well I was horrible this weekend. I got to go out this weekend and it was free drinks. So needless to say I drank alot. But believe it or not I have lost 4 lbs. I think the reason I have lost weight is because I have stayed away from pop. I have been drinking lots of water!!!! I haven't really been exercising, but I will start walking on the treadmill today!! I have been sooooo excited about this and the weight I have lost.
I had a really bad day yesterday and the scales showed it this morning. UGH! Sunday's are ALWAYS hard for me. We always go to my Moms house, the entire family comes, we do potluck dinners, and its never a good day.
Congrats on the losses, team! I lost 2.7 lbs this week! Yay! I reported it on the weigh in thread.
I did a WATP DVD this morning..it was Walk Slim's 3 fast miles...goodness, it's quite a workout! I feel fantastic, especially since I didn't think I'd make it into the 240's this week.
I just thought I'd post.. I just got my first compliment on lossing weight..
A girl from my office ask if I had been lossing weight and said I looked really good. I've only lost 8 pounds, but I can tell I'm not as "bloated" looking. YAY!

That's awesome that you got back on track! The positive attitude will definitely help in this journey! Congrats on the loss of one pound!!!
oh, and thank you! Coming in here to see how everyone is doing has been a great motivator to keep me on track!
