scales showed a high of 250. I have to stop now or I will be back at 300 before I know it!!!

It's stopping for me too. Let's just say I was way off program yesterday and am putting it behind me.

So far today I'm doing okay and I have a couple ways to choose from for my dinner.

For the first time in awhile I tracked every bite. Right on spot calorie wise.

I had a good day and lots of veggies. I had a challenge after dinner. My daughter called wanted to bring us home mcdonalds. I said no ...hubby had a big mac. I am proud i said NO!
Now its time for day2 and some exercise.

I'm amazed by how much better I do simply by tracking!! I did on Sunday and again yesterday. Yesterday it really helped me to just not eat anything after dinner!! My calories were a bit high, but well under maintenance and I'll take that for now. I may be ready to really get back at it!!

So, here's for another day of tracking everything!!

Debbie -- Way to go on no McD's!!

Judy -- Yes, Don't believe me either!! I stress eat for sure!

How is it going my friends? I am determined to do better than I have been. The stress factor has gone away, and now it is down to business. I will let you know how long this determination lasts. LOL! Sheesh, you would think it would get easier.

WOw no heart burn during the night. Its amazing what eating right does! Today will be a veggie filled day. We got sweet corn yesterday and will be having an ear today also. YUMMY.
heather- I am picking my first ripe tomato today. I have a few more close behind. I am also picking squash daily now and bell peppers are about a week away. woo hoo
super heat wave heading at us so I will plan some meals that dont involve much cooking.
