I'm amazed by how much better I do simply by tracking!! I did on Sunday and again yesterday. Yesterday it really helped me to just not eat anything after dinner!! My calories were a bit high, but well under maintenance and I'll take that for now. I may be ready to really get back at it!!
So, here's for another day of tracking everything!!
