157.8 at my WW meeting this morning!
I'm back baby! I'm back!
I haven't been in the 150's in almost a decade. I know one meal with a bit of salt or TOM will put me back into the low 160's, but I'm going to be very careful and give myself a little buffer room so that I don't venture back that way! Whew. I'm so happy to be here. I know 150 anything is still overweight for my height and I have a long, long way to go, but this really feels like an accomplishment.
I've lost 16lbs in 6 weeks at WW! That's an average of 2.67lbs/week, which even if that drops to 2lbs/week I could reach my ultimate goal in less than 6 months.
How do you guys feel about the 150's? Are they as stubborn as the 170's? I was stuck there for almost a year, but the 160's were fast (3 weeks and gone!). I can't wait to say goodbye to the 150's and see you all in the 140's.

Hi everyone. I've just entered the 150's at 159.7. So thought I'd say hi to everyone and see if I can keep motivated to push through the 150's in the next month. My goal is to be out of here by November the 20th!
Sounds like you're all doing wonderfully!

I went away for a 5 day mini-vacation and decided to go crazy and eat anything I wanted. I had french macaroons, rugalach, pasta, italian cheese plate, deep fried corn cake with fresh mozzarella, greasy chinese eggplant with schezuan sauce...and I lost 3 lbs, which dropped me out of the 150's. I'm beyond shocked. I've been stuck in the 150's for 5 months. I've been exercising like an animal and eating the most regimented diet for months and the scale barely budged...then I go crazy (relatively crazy, of course), and I see the biggest weight drop of all time. Weird, weird, weird...but wonderful.
It's been over 10 years since I've been in the 140's. I'm only a few pounds away from my goal and I feel good. I don't care if I reach the actual goal or not. I'm happy enough today. I'm not used to feeling good about my weight. What a nice feeling! No pun intended, but I feel like a weight has been lifted. I feel in control and I feel balanced. I took control of a bad situation (weighing 180 lbs, more or less) and I fixed it. It took a long time and it was a lot of work, but I stuck with it and I did it. I feel happy and proud.

Steph: That is wonderful news! I'm so happy for you! And supremely jealous! Our starting weights were more or less the same and so are our goals, although you're talker than me, and so very much skinnier :-) But I'm very proud of you!
I'm weighing in at 156.6 at the moment. Have lost 14 pounds and hoping to keep going.

152 and holding. I really want to say 'good-bye' 150's, but stress and a busy schedule is holding me back!

My stall in the 150s has officially lasted a year. Sooooooo sad about this but I was reading inspirational stuff today and am determined to not give up.
PrairieGirl, momwannabe -- how are your 150s going? Moving along I hope. I'll say a prayer for us all

Back up to 156lbs after a struggle with final exam season. Getting back on track and I'm going to set some reasonable goals and stop focusing on deadlines. Slow is better than never!

New Here
So, Im 30 years old now and my weight fluctuates between 159 and 157; each day is different, but never over 160. I've been fairly thin my whole life without any effort, 128-135, but about 3 years ago I started gaining weight slowly and steadily. I just started working out after a long absence and have been going 6 days a week for two weeks.
My problem is that I am seeing zero results and my clothes are actually a bit tighter. I know this can be water weight in my muscle tissue, but it's a bit defeating to work so hard and see no loss. I've also cut a lot of sugar and carbs and have been eating almost no processed foods.
When should i start to see a change?
