156 and holding! Damn 150's are sticking around. This is a tough decade for me. I did hit 149.9 in November, but it didn't stay. Hoping to get back there this month with the New Year's push.
I find the 150s equally encouraging and discouraging. The gym equipment is calibrated to the average person supposedly weighing 150. I am looking forward to not having to program my weight. However, this is the lowest my weight has been since middle school and since I am bouncing between 155 and 159 after too much birthday cake, I am scared of heading back up the scale. Argh.
After maintaining for almost two months (which I guess is good considering it was the holiday season), I have FINALLY seen 159 on the scale. I've been amping my running back up and getting back to eating better and I feel great!! So, 150s - May you speed by quickly!!
Well I weighed in at the doctors office in my clothes and got 159.9. It is always more official when she see's it and I am fully clothed. Just got to keep it moving for the second half of the month.
Wtg Sophia! I am still chilling at 154.3 pounds. I guess I shouldnt complain that I have maintained all month, it just would have been nice to drop a few pounds before February. I am down a pants size though. Yeah for resistance exercises.
I just made it into the 150s! 159.2 to be exact. I battled the 160s for months - post pregnancy weight that I could not get rid of. I'm happy to be here, but hopefully not for too long!
