Sorry MIA this past weekend...just having a fun filled weekend, which is always good (enjoying the outdoors, food, friends and not sitting at home obsessing about food or weight).
This past weekend was great. Last Saturday, I had Souplantation but ate healthy there. I had a plate of salad, and the other plate of just bits of the not-so-good-for-you stuff like pastas and breads. But I made sure I ate more salad stuff to fill me up. I went with a friend who is also trying yoga with me and trying to lose weight too. So we both ate healthy and watched ourselves and hunger level. It's great when you can dine with other people that are trying to lose weight too! They eat healthy too! So next on Saturday's agenda was the beach, then a happy hour, where I tried a SKINNY GIRL MARGARITA! It was so good! Only a 100 cals! Then dinner was pizza, but i only ate 3 small pieces (like 1/2 of a personal sized pizza), and was full. I did good Saturday despite having done no exercise, and came out with about 2000 cals. But with all the walking and dragging stuff to the beach, I probably burned at LEAST 200 cals.
Sunday, I gained 2 pounds from Saturday's splurge, so I worked out super hard (burning 900 cals!), and ate healthy and light all day.
This morning, I woke up and went back down 2 pounds, so now I'm
152.5. PHEW!!!
Only a few more days until I weigh-in, and last week's weigh in was 152.0. So I'm hoping to be less than that this week. My goal is 151.

MightyWoman--That ONE cupcake probably did not have done that much damage as you would think. In your post yesterday, you said you cheated badly. The chicken kabobs and 1 cupcake doesn't sound so bad. Really, think about how you feel about food. If that is the way you obsess over 1 cupcake and healthy kebobs, then I would binge too eventually. You have to have a little something nice every now and then to prevent massively binging/overeating of sub par food.
Anyhow, don't feel like you are doomed to be on antidepressants and will have to miss out on life with your son. I know some AWESOME mothers that do it all, work 60 hours, have nannys, use sitters, and then take care of the household after work. It's not easy. I'm not saying that, but you can do it, if that is the way it has to be for both you and your husband. I know missing him will be tough, but do not, I repeast DO NOT use food as a coping method. Food will not be your friend during this time. Food will not help you out or give you advice. People will. Use your husband's every effort to help you out, and even ask him more often to help you. Ask your boss for less responsibility when possible, and opt to do less work or easier tasks at work. Make your life simplified through planning. Plan meals, snacks, and grocery shopping on the weekends, so come monday, you'll be prepared. Identify and avoid binge triggers. Look for ways to get active, if you have time. Park far from your place of work so you can at least get a good 15 min to work, and 15 min to your car...30 min of this walking at 2.5 mph is 100 cals easily, times 5 days is 500 cals. That's 1 workout that you wouldn't have done otherwise. Take stairs. Things like this add up. You can do it!
So I guess you are still doing that cleanse program with your sister? When you're at home alone w/ your baby, you can also try DVD's like this one from Jennifer Nicole Lee:
http://www.amazon.com/Fabulously-Fit.../dp/B000O3C51A
There's a move called "kiss the baby" where you can use your baby to exercise! It seems fun! I was checking out this DVD for my sister.
Anyhoo...try your best to be your best and always remember that YOUR health is the priority, because without your health and well being, you can't work, you can't take care of your baby and your husband.

Jelma--I have been using MyFitnessPal for quite some time now. I believe almost 4 weeks now. I have lost some weight too! It really helps to keep track of everything. It's so easy. I suggest you use that site as it has a more extensive database than other websites.
For dinners, salads are great. For protein, put your fish or chicken wrapped in foil in the toaster oven to cook and use minimal oil as the juices prevent sticking or use nonstick foil. The toaster oven gives off less heat. Also you can make gazpacho. I like this recipe that my friend gave me:
PINEAPPLE- CUCUMBER GAZPACHO by Chef Matthew Kenney
Makes 4 to 6 servings
4 cups chopped, peeled cucumber (1 large English or a few Kirbys)
4 cups chopped pineapple (1 large or 2 small)
1 cup fresh pineapple juice
1 small jalapeņo pepper, seeded and diced
1 green onion, white and 1 inch of green, chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 handful cilantro leaves, plus a few for garnish
3 tablespoons avocado or macadamia oil
1 handful finely chopped raw macadamia nuts
In a blender, add 3 cups each of cucumber, pineapple , pineapple juice,
jalapeņo, green onion, lime juice and salt; blend smooth. Add remaining cup
of cucumber and pineapple, cilantro and half of oil. Pulse a few times,
leaving mixture chunky.
Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve garnished with cilantro.

It's so simple, and you can substitute the avocado oil with olive or walnut oil whatever other nut oils you hav at home. It's SO GOOD! Every friend that tried it asked for the recipe from me.
