Who wants TMI from Thistle?

Anybody? You in the back? No? Oh. Well, I did promise I would post the results of my cheat day so I shall share regardless. I hadn't forgotten about posting it; I was just putting it off waiting for a clearer answer one way or the other.
T - 1350 - 158.4 (NROLFW, bike ride)
F - 3200ish - 158.8
S - 1660 - 159.4 (Zumba, NROLFW)
S - 1180 - 159.8
M - 1540 - 159.0 (Bodyflow)
T - 1560 - 157.8
W - 1740 - 158.6 (NROLFW, short walk)
Today - planning on 1500ish - 157.6 (planning on 5k walk/jog)
It looks to me like the weight went up due to sodium and came right back to 158ish. The 157 doesn't really excite me as I've seen it a few times here and there the last few weeks. It always goes back up to 158-159.
I should be eating 1665 on non-workout days and 2058 on workout days to lose weight according to the NROLFW book. I haven't been able to follow this advice on account of I have a mental block about the size of Pluto. (Demoted or not, it's still big.) I have managed to up them in general. I was eating in the range of 1200-1500. (Seriously, that 1700 day yesterday was a big victory for me.

)
So right now my problems are these:
1. My plateau. Possibly it is broken? Possibly not. If today's weight holds then, yay, I'll finally have lost a pound! If it doesn't, well, on to week 7 and MOAR PATIENCE!1
2. I honestly think my body needs more fuel. There are days I feel exceptionally weak and exhausted. Sometimes I feel lightheaded, my concentration tanks, and I haven't been sleeping well which for me is a sure sign something is up because my sleep is generally pretty blissful. I think the NROLFW recommendations are closer to what I should be eating if I'm going to continue.
My plan going forward is to eat at maintenance for a week starting Sunday. I am putting it off until Sunday simply because my period ought to be over by then and thus won't be further mudding the waters. (Oh, yeah. I didn't mention that, did I? I've had mid-cycle bleeding from May 14th to June 1st when my real period took over. Usually when I have mid-cycle bleeding (which my doctor has assured me is nothing sinister) it does not continue after my period proper.) Anyway, after that I plan to try to stick more closely to the NROLFW numbers.
6/8 ETA - Weighed in at 156.6 this morning! I'm not convinced it was the cheat meal or not but I am so thrilled to see a new number!
