I was at 157 this morning, I've been sick all week with a chest cold & it hurt to workout. However, today I started back working out. I feel better since I worked out. I hope by end of July to be in the 140's.

That's a fantastic goal! Let's aim for 140's land by July!
Congrats to all that have left us and into the 140s and welcome and congrats that are new to the 150s!
I am at 156.4 wanted to be into the 140s by the end of June. But I think that was an unrealistic goal. I am going down just I am a slow loser so here I am still.

I just weighed this morning and I am down to 153!! Yahoo!!!!!
I started eating the special k protein meal bars last week for breakfast & I think they are really helping me.
It feel good to finally start a Monday off on the right track.
I think I might hit my 140s goal before the end of July.
Way to go Beila and Mightywoman! I'm envious. I weighed myself this morning at 155 although my official weigh in day is tomorrow at WW. So we will see. I would love to try for at least 151 by my g'day on June 30. But I must add I'm in the middle of packing because we are moving out to the country on June 29. Not that that is an excuse or anything but there are definitely obstacles to overcome.
Anyway I will stay strong and dial in on my diet and exercise!

I just know you can do it! Keep up the good work and don't worry about if you lose it slow. I think its better is you lose it slow and don't make unrealistic goals on yourself because it will just get you discouraged. Plus if you lose it slow you have a better chance of maintaining it.
