I wanted to reach my mini goal by tomorrow or the day after when I'm leaving for a week long vacation. My weight has been up and down all week. I think it's because of TOM. I'll weigh in tomorrow and hope for a drop.

My new weight is: 314.4. So I think that's 4 pounds gone since my last Thursday weigh-in? I'll take it. Omg TOM sucks ***.

Oh I almost forgot!

Scarlett! I obviusly won't be joining your weigh-in next week because of the vacation!

FassGal: I think IF is awesome. And without exercise I wouldn't be where I am now no matter how good my diet would be!

skinnyelle39: Congrats! Oh how I wished I was at your weight right now. Bikini time is two days away

Anywho.. It so damn hot here in Europe, there is no wind whatsoever, the air is just standing still and the sun is burning everything in its path. It's impossible to eat anything without aircondition, I'm having a smoothie/salad and WATER day because this is insane! It's 37°C or almost 100F!! I'll try to go for a run tomorrow early in the morning!

Have fun girls

I weighed in at 144 yesterday. I've not lost any of the weight I put on. I went to my pump class at the gym for the fist time in 3 weeks on Tuesday, and my muscles are still really aching today. I haven't been to the gym yesterday or today, and I've been eating like I used to, not counting calories or have any self control whatsoever. In order to meet my target, I need to lose 10lb a week. This is not possible. I don't know what to do any more. I have no self control over my eating or my exercising. I admire all of you for your strength and positive attitudes and don't want to drag you down so I should probably be quiet now!

Sorry for the rant again.

Today my weight is... 235. TOM is in town, and I hate that the scale went up. This is my first full week back at home after visiting family for the past month, and it's been tough getting back in the swing of things. (And it's been tough since my boyfriend picked up an ice cream addiction when I was gone! I've been mostly good, but there are currently 3 tubs of ice cream in my freezer. WTF...)

themilesawaygirl I SO know how you feel. Don't focus on how much weight you want to lose. If you don't think you'll make you're original goal, make a new one! Just do it one day at a time, or a few hours at a time. If you mess up today, do better tomorrow. I don't know if that will even be helpful, but it helps me to think of it that way.

FassGal I'm just starting IF, and I'm hoping that it will help curb my snacking. You're weight loss was awesome this week!

Scarlett Congrats on being under 200! That's so amazing!

Thanks for all the ONEderland congrats guys So yesterday I was 199.5, today I was 197.8 . I'm going to stick with the first number, but WOW it definitely stuck.

Also everyone is doing great. I updated the chart and 6/10 of the people who weighed in are on the dean's list . I guess all of us trying to re-energize is working

Do the robot - I have you at loosing exactly 4 pounds since last week , you're also very close to 5%. You're doing great!!

Khat - I made a note that you won't be here, enjoy your vacay !!

Themilesawaygirl - , just stick with it and the weight will come off eventually. Sometimes a week or two of behaving better but not losing lays the groundwork for losing in the future. It can be hard to go from some time off to 60 immediately. Remember this is a lifestyle, you're going to have to do it forever to stay thin once you get there. Think of it as a week of getting used to new habits.

LongTallBee - OMG ice cream is my kryptonite. I LOVE it, have eaten it as meals in the past. If I were you, that ice cream wouldn't stand a chance. Being up 1 pound over TOM and after traveling is nothing to sweat about. Overall you're doing great.

I'm getting that discouraged feeling that a lot of people seem to have had lately. I wanted to be under 140 by now. I should be super happy that my 3 day food/alcohol free for all float trip didn't cause any weight gain. But I just feel so unexcited about this whole weight loss thing.

Congrats to the 6 people that have already made the dean's list! That's quite impressive.

Wk 2: 154.5 lbs
Wk 3: 156.0 lbs
Wk 4: 155.0 lbs
Wk 5: 156.0 lbs
Wk 6: 153.5 lbs *Honorable Mention; Dean's List
Wk 7: 152.5 lbs
Wk 8: 151.0 lbs

My lowest weight since April 3rd this year! I'm just not giving up, and I know that if I keep doing what I do, if I'm patient enough, the weight WILL come off!

BTW, if any of you wonder how I am exercising, I am on MyFitnessPal.com and I have also started a "challenge" virtural boat race with some people on the forum there, and we've been using our exercise calories to make our "boat" travel....

Anyhoo, I have been logging my exercise cals on the forum there...here is my exercise log of calories burned:

7/1/11: 752
7/2/11: 730
7/3/11: 614
7/4/11: 417
7/5/11: 1,075
7/6/11: 615
7/7/11: 600
7/8/11: 764
7/9/11: 208 (rest day, walked around)
7/10/11: 928 (walked in the mall 60 min, 85 min on stairmaster, 10 min stretch)
7/11/11: 715 (stairmaster 80 min, 10 min stretch)
7/12/11: 615 (elliptical 75 min)
7/13/11: 670 (elliptical 90 min)

I hope this helps people understand that I really am trying to lose this weight, REAL weight not water weight. And as you can see, from this 12 week challenge 5 pounds have been lost so far, but this has been a process of starting, and restarting and learning how to stop binging, and eating right and the right foods.

Anyhoo, I think I finally found my GROOVE and I'M NOT GETTING OUT OF IT UNTIL I REACH MY GOAL WEIGHT!

I was not on plan at all this week and I only exercised 2 times. Like several other people have mentioned, I'm feeling pretty unmotivated. I lost weight but I don't know how and I'm nervous that next week, I'll be up a lot.

Congratulations to everyone else though!! It seems like everyone is getting out of their funk and some of the weight losses are amazing this week! Good job ladies!!
