If you don't mind my asking, what is your magic formula?
I started to count my calories and exercise calories burned. I signed up on MyFitnessPal.com and it made it so easy to use and count. If you want to see my diet, you can "friend" me on MyFitnessPal and see my food and exercise diary.
Jumelle is my friend too! I see that she exercises A LOT and I know why she consistently loses every week!
Beila, I love MFP. It's much easier than the website I was using before since I had to log pretty much everything I ate as a custom food. And I even have MFP available on my Blackberry, so I can log when I'm away from home.
ButterCup85, that happens. Next thing you know, you'll jump on the scale and be down a lot. Keep at it, hun.
Last week I was 178.4, this week I'm weighing in at 179.
I had to go straight to Las Vegas from South America for work and I finally got home last night. I haven't been eating bad but I feel like the traveling, time changes and eating out have caused my weight loss to stall a bit. I'm excited to get back into my routine and back to the gym!
Up a few pounds this week, but I can't say that it is undeserved or unexpected. Hopefully it's just water weight and will be mostly gone by next week!!
Ok so im going back down! 180.0! 2.8 loss from last week but its rubbish a rubbish 5 pounds loss from my original starting weight! what is wrong with me!

Nothing is wrong with you. Don't say that! You are losing and that is good! It takes time to establish the weight loss "mode" and to stay in that groove. Only a small percentage of people can just start a weight loss regime and lose weight, week after week, never gaining any lost pounds back. If that were the case, then losing weight would be easy, and we ALL know that it is NOT easy.
Losing weight is difficult, even for a skinny person trying to lose 10 more pounds.
