Sorry girls I have just been lurking in the background because I'm not weighing in regularly anymore but I will definately be back at the end to post my final weight!

Last week I was the Biggest Loser, on the Dean's List and won an award for losing 5% of my bodyweight. That makes me feel so much better. And the fact that I look absolutely awesome in my short sequined shorts. I can't wait to wear them.

Weight today is 316.2 Bah, went through TOM then spent the weekend at my family's. I gained 2.2 pounds while I was there AND a pound (for some reason) when I came back. I'm having a **** of a time taking it off.

In some weeks there seems dramatic fall of weight. Has anybody knows the reason. Pl refer to your diary and answer. It will benefit every body. Someone told me if you eat potato, next day your weight reduces!!!,
