Alice - I weighed this morning too, even though I wasn't supposed to. 162.4. Eh, I'll take it. This was my least indulgent Thanksgiving ever, I think. Still a little excessive, though.

Argh!!! 162.6 this morning, but I still haven't pooped since Thursday morning. D: So I've still got my whole thanksgiving dinner in me, plus yesterday's food. Man, if there's one bad side-effect of low-carb, it's that I just don't poop enough. I wonder if I've hit 160 yet and just don't know it? I've lost 3 pounds before by pooping.

I was down to 167.4 earlier on this week, then Thanksgiving hit me up to 170.2 lb (I think a LOT OF this was water weight, I was very swollen the next morning) Today I was back down to 169.0. Went to the gym, burned 390 cal (6min stair climber, 30 min recumbent bike and then 9 min on the treadmill) plus my session with my trainer. Life is good.
Sounds like everyone gave themself some extra room for Thanksgiving. I thought I did well (limited myself to one salad plate and one regular plate) Did anyone else have a similar strategy?
I believe it's good to take a day off every now and then...
Back down to 160.4 today, but then my mom's side of the family had their Thanksgiving (yeah, we have 2 EVERY year). I didn't indulge too much, though. No dessert. Still probably won't weigh in tomorrow, though.
Man I haven't moved on the scale in the past 4 days! I have been 169.SOMETHING all week. Woke up this morning and for the 2nd day in a row weighed in at 169.4! I'm really prayinnggg it goes down! I ate a early dinner today, got all 8 glasses of water in and stayed in between my calories..Haven't worked out yet I may take today as a rest day.

Scale ready 169.2 BLAH! I don't know what is going on.
Don't get down! .2 pounds ain't nothin'! .2 pounds a day is a pound every five days, and that's nothing to shake a pencil at.
As for me, UGH, still haven't pooped. I'm grossed out that all the food I've eaten since Thursday is still in my intestines. I just mixed a bunch of fiber in with my breakfast and now I'm gonna chug some coffee. On the bright side, 162.0. I'm pretty sure I've got two pounds of poop in me. D:
OMG Seriously? I'm beyond outraged. The scale should have gone down by now this is the 7th day in a row I've been at 169 and the 2nd day at 169.2! I don't know what is going on I have been drinking my water, worked out 60 minutes yeterday and been eating w/in my calories. So I can see it's going to be another BLAH day and I'm so frustrated I'm debating even to work out today!
What the heck???? I had good calorie intake, and moderate exercise this past week. Thanksgiving day didn’t get the best of me. However, Thursday night I got violently sick, wasn’t able to get out of bed until Saturday night and then just took it easy for the rest of the weekend.
I’m not quite sure why the scale is not moving downward. All I can do is keep pressing on and hope for the best. I am bummed I didn’t make my Thanksgiving goal weight of 160, but I am still setting my Christmas goal at 150. I wanted, and still want, to be at my pre pregnancy size by the time my baby turns 6 months. So…moving on.
This next week, I am not going to wait until the older kids go to bed at 8pm to start working out. I need to strap on the running shoes right after work and hit the gym/workout. While they are doing their homework and getting ready for the next day I need to be at the gym instead of supervising them, the hubby can do that ;o) I have got to start putting myself first more and do whats best for my body that is going to only benefit my kids.
