Whew. Back to 160.9 pounds (73kg) this morning. I'm still crossing my fingers for a loss this week, and there is still time! I tend to drop at the end of the week for some reason, and since TOM is just finishing up, I'm feeling positive...but not too positive haha.
So glad you're back to 160!!! Im crossing my fingers for your loss hahah )) Im on TOM too right now, so hopefully when Im done and get back on the scale I see a loss as well. Then we can both venture over to the 150s thread.

Still at 160.9/73kg. Bleh. Was really really hoping to be down another kg this week, but I still have Saturday and Sunday for the scale to start being nice to me! I guess the longer I stay this weight the longer I get to spend with you lovely ladies!
Its frustrating when the scale keeps yo-yoing back and forth. I did that through the whole 160's. Dont feel bad ladies, Ive been in the 160s since about MARCH! I know right, almost a year. Anyway no change yet for me since the previous time but just wanted to encourage you all to not get discouraged by seeing a higher number. It will come down =)))
Thanks for the encouragement everyone. I weighed in this morning at 168.2 and then 167.6 after my run. So yay! Hopefully this sticks so I'll have a little bit of a loss this week. Even maintaining is a lot better than seeing the scale go back up.
Fatmac - hahah Im sure you wont be in the 160s for as long as I was. I wasnt actively trying to lose until just recently, so my yo-yoing back and forth for so long was my own doing =))))
Liss1485 - Congrats on getting over the plateau!! Thats so exciting.
