Tori: I hope you make your goal! Luckily..today I saw a budge in the scale it dropped from 168.2 to 167.8..it might have something to do with me switching up workouts! We'll see how the next few days go!

I've been around 3FC before, and I definitely do better when I'm posting here frequently, but I tend to fall off when I'm in school. I had been posting in the 170s, but yesterday I was 169.2, and today 168.4! So I suppose it's time to finally join this thread and hopefully start posting a little more regularly.
I remember weighing 161 all through high school, so I'm really excited to be around that weight (hopefully soon!)
Can I join? My goal is to no longer qulaify for this thread by Christmas. I was 166 when I started going to the gym a few months ago, and got myself down to 164-165 and plateaued (how does THAT happen? bad eating habits....). Now that I am watching what I eat and making healthier choices, I've lost weight, and am down to 161! I hope to be 159 or less Christmas day!
Recently the bf gained a promotion and has been treating me left and right... of course it went straight to my butt and coupled with being lazy I gained 10lbs.
When I stood on the scale and saw 170, besides being really upset with myself I decided it was time to get back on track.
Yesterday I was at 169.2, and today I'm at 168.0lbs.
Do you mind if I join you? I've been in sort of practice maintenance mode for that last couple months, bouncing between 166-167. But now it's time to get serious and start losing again. (I've hit 166 once or twice before, but I've never stayed for more than a day. I've been here for a weeks, so it seems to at least be sticking this time!) I'd like to be 163-164 before New Year's.
Dizzy! Congrats on getting back on track! I've found nipping it in the bud to be the best course of action!

Weighed this morning and it was still 167...really hoping I see 166 tomorrow morning! Stayed w/in my calorie range today and worked out for a good 25 minutes (not long but something!).
I just entered the 160's yesterday. I'm pretty excited about it considering I just broke a 2 week long plateau! So between that and leaving the 170's was quite an accomplishment for me! Can't wait to get to 166, which will be my 40 pounds lost mark! I give myself a cheat meal for every 10 pounds I lose, so I'm getting excited for that! When I first started losing weight back in September I told myself I wanted to lose 40 pounds by Christmas...looks like I'll make that mini-goal!!!!
