I can't wait for the Holidays to be over, as much as I love them. I've gone from bouncing between 167-166 to bouncing 168-169. That's far too close to the 170s. I think I'm going to have to just be a little stricter on my diet at these holiday parties.

I saw 167.8 this morning, but the scale was bouncy so I'm going to have to go with 168.4 to be on the safe side. But I know once I see a number even briefly it's not too far away.

Now I seem to be stuck between 160 and 161 still going for my goal of under 160 by Christmas! I'm going to be really good the next few days!!

JL if you keep your pace up you will be at 160 before you know it! You have to share your secrets!

159.8 again this morning. Wasn't sticking too close to my calories for a while but I've cracked down a bit and should be heading south. We'll see what the scale says tomorrow, if I'm past 159.4 then I'm gonna head to the 150s thread!

??? I can’t help but LaughOutLoud! I didn’t workout, I ate whatever I wanted and I still lost a pound? This is bitter sweet indeed. I can eat great, workout hard several days a week and the scale won’t budge! But, do whatever I want and be lazy…pound lost? hahahahaha

This next week I will be having an Ultimate Shake for breakfast and I bought lots of veggies and fruit. I will be back on track with my workouts and eating plan. Hopefully this last week will shook my metabolism up and I can start dropping the pounds again! I can’t wait to be skinny again, enough already! shheeessshhh!
