??? I can’t help but LaughOutLoud! I didn’t workout, I ate whatever I wanted and I still lost a pound? This is bitter sweet indeed. I can eat great, workout hard several days a week and the scale won’t budge! But, do whatever I want and be lazy…pound lost? hahahahaha
This next week I will be having an Ultimate Shake for breakfast and I bought lots of veggies and fruit. I will be back on track with my workouts and eating plan. Hopefully this last week will shook my metabolism up and I can start dropping the pounds again! I can’t wait to be skinny again, enough already! shheeessshhh!
