Anyone else feel like they hit a stump once that got to the 160's? I flew out of the 190's...180's and 170's and now that I'm here I'm STUCK! Throughout highschool I dont remember EVER seeing my body hit 150..I'm starting to think its impossible....Although I gotta be positve--I will CONTINUE working out and eating in between my calories and I WILL GET DOWN TO 159.
I absolutely hate it that I can only go so far as losing 1.5lb per week and being literally starving when i go to bed.
I always kinda thought I would be able to hit 140 by next year February and now i m realizing I'd be lucky if I even hit 155. It's kinda a BIG hit to my self-esteem and just depressing overall.
Edit: Completely and utterly pissed off at my scale. It's electrical and it literally changes number depends where I put it in any SPECIFIC spot. It can range from 1-3 pounds and for weird reasons, if I put it close to a carpet it always seems to go lower.
JL - totally know what you mean... my last time going down I got stuck at 167 for like ever. It wouldn't even fluctuate!! Just hang in there and maybe try to change things up... cycle calories, change your workout, etc.
JKS--Yay for getting out of the 160's..I might see u in the 150's one day! LOL...But by the time I get their youll probably be at your goal weight haha. Congrats!
Finally…it budged. Ha! I felt great last week when I was working out. I did not work out Thurs-Sun…don’t ask me why, I know I was just being lazy! Completely unacceptable.
I hope to keep the focus up again this week. I need to keep reminding myself of my Christmas Day mini goal. 11 more pounds until I reach it and only 3 weeks left…attainable??? If I push myself each and everyday and have no excuses…I’m thinking, absolutely. Watch me work ;o)
