Noooo, at 163.5 again this week. I really feel like my clothes have been fitting better if they were tight and looser if they fit well before though haha, so oh well, the scale will budge eventually!
Good job to everyone else, especially those of you who are going to be leaving us soon
162.0 this morning. I've discovered that my eating habits for a given day tend to show themselves about a day later. (Of course, there are other factors involved in that number, but besides that...) So, I should reward success with success!
I was driving myself crazy weighing myself daily, so I took a break from it, and I am happy to report that I weighed in at 163.3 this morning!!!! I am 4.3lbs from being out of the 160's!
KenzideRhae - You're almost out of here, 163.5 is nothing!! Its great to know that clothes are looser and fitting better. Woot woot
cornellchick - Reward success with success; I love that!!
MzHopeful - I have a habit of weighing myself a couple times a day. It really does drive you crazy!!! Oh my goodness, but its nice when you take a break and see a loss. Ive been trying to stay away from the scale so I dont stress myself out.
Alright ladies, Im on the last day of my TOM and finally got back on the scale, I am still at 160.8!! Im happy to see that number because its the lowest I have been in my adult life. Excited about losing a few pounds and moving into the 150's which I haven't seen since high school 6 years ago
cornellchick So close! Good job And I like that idea, nothing is a better reward than success itself!
MzHopeful I go insane if I weigh myself everyday, so I usually only do it on Friday mornings. Good job, you're so close!
LiLLy19 You are doing so well, keep up the good work!
I normally don't weigh in on any day but Friday, but I weighed myself today after I'd just walked six miles just to see what the scale said, and I got 160.5 :O Totally a super dehydrated 160.5 and it went back up after I took a shower, but I'm hoping to see that again soon!
just keep swimming My mom and I are training for a half-marathon in January, so I need to kick it up a notch haha. I wore my work out clothes to bed and she kind of just dragged me out, wasn't even awake fully until about two miles in XD Walking is great though, it's the only kind of exercise I'll do frequently.
lilly19,justkeepswimmin, and kenziderhae--you girls are soooo close! hopefully im right behind you heading into the 150's thread! you are all one step away.
Oh gosh. I seriously wasn't expecting a loss this week and it's a little scary! Especially after I had a kind of off-plan night last night - I weighed in this morning at 72.5kg which is 159.8 pounds. Just into the 150's! I'll wait around here with you guys a couple more days to see if it's actually the truth hah! Everyone is doing so well looks like you all will be moving with me soon?
KenzideRhae ~ WOW, I wish I had the stamina to walk 6 miles! I also wish I had a walking buddy, but even though my mom and grandma are aiming to lose 10 pounds, neither wanna walk.
rainbow ~ Great job on moving into the 150's! I hope it sticks.
So many of you are that close to leaving this decade soon. I'm still a little farther away, with a weigh-in of 166.2 this morning.
Congrats to everyone who is really close to moving onto the next decade!
Surprisingly, even after seeing the scale go up for most of the week, I weighed in officially this morning at 167.2! That's a 1.2 lb loss for the week. I'll take it.
