3 week rut...
CW: 163 STILL
No gain or loss AGAIN. However, I am feeling really good about my past week. I ate good, except for Sunday and I had quite a bit of small candies…ahem, overall, great week.
This coming week has me worried a little bit. I hate people pushing food on me and with Thanksgiving on Thursday, I think people will be trying to get me to overeat and eat poorly. I’ve already had the pep talk with my hubby to back me and help me stay focused so I don’t over indulge. I don’t want to have any regrets after this week. Afterall, I am still hoping to drop these last 3 pounds before Thursday!!!!
Average daily caloric intake: 1,362 and proud to say that is based on a 7 day average!
Exercise completed: 3x 60min Cardio Sculpt, 3x 35min elliptical, 3x 20min treadmill
**3 more days to meet my Thanksgiving goal of 160! I hope this last week really pays off soon
