AHHHHH 162.2 today!!! YESSSSSSSSSS. And I went on a date last night and didn't eat with my diet, but calorie-wise I was fine.

2.2 pounds to go! Aw yeah!! I'm pumped! I can do itttttttttttttt!!!!!!!!!!!

katybelle-- Congrats on the small shirt! i think its easier to realize were losing weight when we start going down in clothes sizes, that had to be a wonderful moment!

Alice-- you are doing so well.. it seems like you just came into the 160s thread yesterday, and your already on ur way out!

3 week rut...

CW: 163 STILL

No gain or loss AGAIN. However, I am feeling really good about my past week. I ate good, except for Sunday and I had quite a bit of small candies…ahem, overall, great week.

This coming week has me worried a little bit. I hate people pushing food on me and with Thanksgiving on Thursday, I think people will be trying to get me to overeat and eat poorly. I’ve already had the pep talk with my hubby to back me and help me stay focused so I don’t over indulge. I don’t want to have any regrets after this week. Afterall, I am still hoping to drop these last 3 pounds before Thursday!!!!

Average daily caloric intake: 1,362 and proud to say that is based on a 7 day average!

Exercise completed: 3x 60min Cardio Sculpt, 3x 35min elliptical, 3x 20min treadmill

**3 more days to meet my Thanksgiving goal of 160! I hope this last week really pays off soon **

YAY! I weighed in this morning at 169.4lbs so I'm only just in the 160's but I'm so happy to be here as it marks my halfway point!! 40lbs gone and anohter 40 to go!

Here's to hoping the 160's will be as easy to get through as the 170's were

Did 25 min on the elliptical (250 cal) then 15 min weight training. Wt in the evening after working out 169.8 lb. Legs are sore. Perhaps I am regaining some muscle....

Arggh. Seems like I'm stuck in 168.4 land lately. I was 168.6 today. So at least I know my scale isn't broken.

I just don't get it. 40 minutes of cardio and a 5 hr yard work one day, pilates the next day, and biking yesterday- and I'm still stuck. Bah!

Coming in from the 170's thread!! I hopped on the scale this morning and seen a pretty number that I haven't seen in a VERRYY long time which was 169.4--- I'm so happy! Hopefully the 160's will move by just as fast as the 170s.

Spent the first half of the month in the 168-169 range... but now 166.0 two days in a row! I really, really want to see the 150s by Christmas!

I'm a solid 165 or so but it's TOM. Hopefully once that's over I can be down to 163. 158 by Christmas!

Hooray, a whole bunch of new girls!

Yesterday I was 161.6!! It was my carb day, so I expected to be a couple pounds up this morning, AND! Only 162.2!! YES! I'm so close to losing 30 pounds, and I am definitely going to hit my Christmas goal, like, a month early!

I don't know if I should change my Christmas goal or just celebrate that I've gotten there so fast and see how much I can blow past it.
