Okay, even after yesterday when I ate a lot more salty foods than I usually do, I'm at 157. I'm gonna call it and say I'm in the 150s. Yay!
I'm down 3.6 lbs this week - no idea where that came from, but I'll take it! (I'm used to like 1 lb or .3 lbs - grrr.).
And thanks for the support on the whole "getting to normal weight" thing, guys. I'm not dedicated to being super skinny - I've just never done this kind of weight loss before and so feel confused on what to expect. I've decided I'm not going to worry much until I get closer to my goal (still almost 40 lbs away - 40 lbs ago I was almost 200 lbs and that's a difference!).
This thread has such great people here - very fun and supportive! Can't wait to see everyone in the 150s!
I was at 162.0 on Sat, my official weigh-in day! Yay! I'm not obese! And 1 lb from 20 pounds down (well, that was my highest KNOWN weight, but I'm pretty sure I went higher and just stopped weighing myself ).
After a not so great weekend, I'm back up to 169. At least I'm still here. Hopefully it'll go back down in the next couple of days. Oftentimes when I have a bad day, the day after I'll see a higher number on the scale but then the next day it goes back down. Hoping that's the case this time!
After a boozy, cheating weekend, I'm at 169.8 so I'm pretty sure the 170's are gone, never to be seen again! Wahoo!
Just make sure you stay on plan - my boozy cheating weekends in college often resulted in a temporary drop from dehydration, only to come back a day or two later!
Sounds like this weekend was a tough one for some of us! Yesterday my husband and I had our very first bbq together. I made homemade burgers and he grilled it up. Mmmm it was so good but burgers and beer cannot be good for the scale. Havent gotten on the scale yet today and Im going to try to stay off of it for a few days. I have a habit of weighing in a couple times a day.
LiLLy Burgers aren't TOO too bad really! Beers on the other hand..haha. Oh man I gotta figure out some way I can include a beer in my calorie count and still get enough food! Hope the scale isn't too mean to you!
Still at 73kg/160.9 pounds. Can't believe I didn't have a gain due to TOM (which is nearing an end) and that I actually lost right at the beginning of it! Really hoping to see 72kg/158.7 pounds at the end of this week.
Well Im pretty much a lightweight, so one or two beers is enough for me!! Plus I like the taste of lite beer which saves me some calories!! But the memories are definitely worth the calories.
Loosing during TOM is amazing!! I always gain during that time and its coming up soon haha. Thank god this time around PMS has been nice to me and I havent had the urge to eat the whole house.
