Hi everyone! This is my first time here. Today I officially am out of the 170s. I weighed in at 168.4! I don't think "being able to post in a thread before" has ever made me so dang happy LOL. But now it's time to work on getting out of the 160s.
This is such a great place with great people. I'd never be here right now if it weren't for you all! THANKS SO MUCH!
So today was the day!! 159.4!!!!!! Oh my gosh I stood on the scale just blinking to make sure that I saw it correctly!!! This is my first day in the 150's, so I think Im going to stick around here for a day or two to see if it sticks ))

LiLLy19: Congrats! That's amazing! I can't wait to be in the 150s. Once I hit 159 I'm no longer considered overweight. I hope I can join you over there soon!
Hey guys! Congrats to all those who have moved onto the next decade. I am ready to join and do the same. I have been in the 160's for about a year! It's been on my mind for a few months and I am going to get out of the 160's!!
I have this week off work for a stay-cation post first half marathon last Sat (finished in 3 hours 15 min) . I signed up for another one in May to help keep me motivated.
Workout today: 45 min on the stationary bike (burned 315 cal) and did about 10 min weights and plyometrics. Yesterday, worked out with my trainer, and have one more meeting with her on Friday or so.
Hi everyone, this is my first post here and on the board! Everyone is doing so well! I weighed at 162 this morning, which is exciting for me because I was stuck at 163.5 and up and down for weeks!! I am hoping to get down to my goal by Feb if not sooner!!
I was at 164.4 this morning thats about a 1lb gain. Im discouraged that its taking me this long to get out of the 160's bouncing up and down. But less food and more excercise would solve that. (sooo much easier to type that then to do it.) Mark my words im outta the 160s by the end of the month.. thats about 5lbs in what... close to 3 weeks? Definatley Do-Able! Im weighing in officially on friday.. so if the weight is still at the 1 lb gain I will go ahead and change it on the ticker. Marking the ticker up.. would not be fun!
Scale said 166.2 this morning--so some of it was definitely water weight, but not all of it! I didn't eat too well yesterday but I stayed under calories. After a bad lunch, I wanted to say screw it and stuff my face, and then I realized, shoot, I'd have to eat SO MANY CALORIES MORE to NOT lose, much less GAIN weight! All those times I binged because I "ruined' my diet.. I didn't ruin it at all. The binge ruined it. I am feeling really healthy changes in my mentality towards food, and it's wonderful.
Also, a huge step for me--I looked in the mirror today and saw a normal person. I still have an unattractive shape, and I'm still very overweight, but I look NORMAL. If I saw myself, my fat wouldn't be the first thing I noticed. Did anyone else experience that after some of their weight loss? I just look.. properly sized! It's so wonderful!
Ugh, I'm stuck on the scale. 75 kg solid again. I think I will cut my sodium, drink more water, and try to cut the diet coke too. Sigh, I love carbonated beverages.
