  • hi all! SIGH i've been creeping up and up and up, and i know i need to get back to 3FC. i'll be in the 160s for a while, so HELLO!!

    i'm going to do my very best to track all my ww points tomorrow, rain or shine. we'll start there. here's to a happy healthy week!
  • Wow, it's been 3 weeks since I posted on here, but I'm happy to say I'm down to 163

    I can blame the slower loss on having my bday earlier this month and eating out a lot when my mum came to visit, hehe. But I'm super duper proud to say that I maintained my 163 over the christmas period and I'm hoping to at least maintain it into the new year.

    I'm hoping (very hard) January will see my budge into the 150's eek!

    Gave in to the goodies that come along with Christmas and no workouts for 2 weeks now. I am ready to be all in again. I'm Ready! Hopefully at my next weigh in, I'll be back in the 150's!

  • ughh im getting sooo frustrated! Ive been bouncing between 164-162 for 3 weeks! of course I'm happy I didn't gain anything over xmas but I wanna see 161 just for like a minute! blahhh
  • Weight: Just continue to do what you've been doing and I'm sure it'll start dropping or you could trying to switch up your exercise plan.
