Default Blah to the 160's

Hello everyone! I cannot get out of these 160's! I am 162 today and the first day of my weight loss journey! I bounce from 160-164, but NEVER see that scale say 159, not even for a day....does it even go below 160? It makes me wonder! Lets blow this popsicle stand and get into the 150's girls!

evry1smom I think my scale is like your it doesnt go below 160! I have been between 164 and 162 for the past three weeks, its getting old. Even 159.8 would make me happy!

For the next few days make your workouts as intense as you can, eat as little sodium as possible, and don't cheat! You'll get into the 150's, we ALL will!! OR, you could go the other way and have a cheat meal right now. For me, if I have a cheat meal the next day I'm up in water weight but two or 3 days later I'm down a pound or two! The bad foods shock my body and speed up my metabolism!

Aleesuh thats an interesting theory I would feel to guilty to cheat. I am going out to dinner with my boyfriend Saturday so I'm saving a possible cheat for that night! Especially if we end up at italian restaurant I have a weak spot for creamy pasta dishes!

My plan is more cardio tonight at the gym. I am going to an hour long strength/cardio class then I plan on hopping on the eliptical for another 30 min. Hopefully a great workout will jump start me and I can get rid of these next few pounds! I feel like I was doing great the first few weeks but now I'm stuck!

If you end up having a cheat meal on Saturday weigh yourself each day for like 3-4 days after, I bet you'll notice the drop of a pound or two! I've read it in so many articles and I notice it every time I have a cheat meal (I have a cheat meal for every 10 pounds I lose)!
The extra cardio will definitely not hurt anything, but If you have eliminated bad foods from your diet like I have, I promise a cheat meal will shock your body and speed up your metabolism!

Oh and if you feel like you're stuck, either switch up your cardio or take it to the next level. I mean push yourself to the limits...your mind will tell you to stop waaaayy before your body will. That's what I did to get out of my plateau.

Hey guys! Have not checked in for a while because there has not been anything to really report in the past few weeks.

I did change to eating clean last weeka dn made it happen this week (except for the past 2 days... a luncheon at work, dinner party last night, and lunch with the family today) I am going to be back on track with the clean eating though!

I weighed 165.2 lbs Wednesday morning! Eating clean seems to be helping since I was 169 last week. FINALLY, after this year long plateau seems to be breaking!

OMG!!!!

I cheated and weighed in this morning (usually I weigh Mon mornings) And 160.0!!!! That was even after I ate breakfast :P I can't wait to see the scale on Monday morning, I have several butt kicking workouts scheduled before then! WHoot! 150's here I come!!!!

10 more pregnancy pounds to go! Then on to the "love" weight LOL
