185.8. Ugh! I'm really sore today and ate a slice of pizza before bed, so I'm sure it was still in my tummy.

JennieLovesKisses:It takes a LONG time to build muscle, not two weeks. It's most likely water! I'm going through the same thing. Exercising hard and holding water! It sucks!!

Angel's_Dust - It may be water weight, I can usually tell when I'm retaining water though... I've been doing 30DS for 2 months before I started P90X so It may very well be muscle weight.

I got some movement this morning. 189.2 (-0.4) small but its something! Kenpo kicked my butt last night so I'm sure that helped. I have BL weigh-in tomorrow! >.< today is rest/stretch day, but I'm tempted to go for a walk to the lake.

I went up a bit. Don't know why but I'm gonna say it's water retention from exercising yesterday.

185.2 I hate my scale!! I also lost 1.5 inches off my tummy. 19.5 total. I might have to go by inches instead of pounds. This is frustrating!

JennieLovesKisses30DS for two months? Wow. That's awesome. I'm no expert about gaining muscle, but you are probably right! I hope mine is the same

Hey, I'm not in the 180's yet but I'm almost there. I just wanted to comment to you Jennie, are you doing lean or classic version of P90X? Either way, you're building an insane amount of muscle. For every 1 pound of muscle to gain, you initially retain 4 pounds of water. Sooo, a lot of it is water retention I bet. When I did P90X I dropped a crazy amount of inches but I only lost like 6 pounds or something.

Angel's_Dust - At least your losing inches! I'm noticing loss in my measurements too. And yup, 2 months. I was going to start P90X after my first month but got scared so I did one more month of it LMAO.

Woohoo this morning I was 185.5....so that's over 3 lbs in less then a week. I KNEW that if I got back on track, the weight I gained in the past month or two would come off quickly. I'm hoping to be into the 170s before july, or I guess mid july at the LATEST.

After a while in the 190s, I'm so happy to just be here but so ready to be out of here soon. Weighing in tonight as I've finally unpacked my scale!
