185. I'm tired of this guessing game. I think I will try shaving off 100-200 calories. I did that yesterday and it went down slightly. I looked at my calories from the past 7 days and it looks like I've been going over 100 everyday.

JennieLovesKissesWoo heavier weights! I just upped mine as well, so I'm actually back to the weights I used to be able to use as my main ones. But at least I'm back in shape.

Hi!

I've been away from this thread and the board for about 2 weeks and I'm stuck... at 181.2, it's ridiculous... so I'm hoping on getting some accountability here

I shot up to 184.4. I think my muscles are retaining water from yesterday's workout cause I'm really sore right now.

So, I am so sick of being stalled out in the mid-lower 180's. I have not counted calories my entire weightloss experience, choosing rather to just pick and choose foods. Well, clearly, this is not working. I've decided that I'm going to start counting them because odds are, I'm eating way more than I realize. Our team's strength and conditioning coach told me to shoot for 3000 calories a day but to really be disciplined, I think I'm going to try 2000 for the first week, and if that's not enough, I'll just bump up a little. I'm really ready to do it and stick to it this time. Hopefully I will soon be out of the 180's finally. lol.

Wow 3000 calories? How often do you workout? Personally, I would maintain or probably gain at 3000 calories. Right now at 183.0 I eat from 1300-1500 calories.

Today's weigh-in: 183.0... 182.2 flashed a couple times but I went with the 18.0

Haha yeah, I'm almost 6 ft tall and I work out 18-20 hours a week minimum. I'm on my school's d1 rowing team.

Yeah, its not a choice. Its what my school and expenses are "paid" for. lol. But I love it so its not like some chore or anything.
