Urgh... I know it's Friday once again, but I'm going to be a baddie and save my weigh in for tomorrow... Can't believe there is only two weeks left of this challenge! I think my original aim was too ambitious, so now I'm aiming to be in the overweight BMI range by 31 Dec, preferably by more than just 0.2lb under the limit

183.8

Which is kind of where I was last week, but I think last week was due to my stomach issues. I think this one is for real

We're supposed to get snow tonight - so I went to Costco last night and stocked up on fruits, veggies, whole grains and non-sodium containing food.

My goal for this weekend is to stay away from high-sodium things. Only 2 more weeks to lose 4.9 lbs. It WILL happen.

I haven't weighed in for this challenge in a LONG time.

I can definitely do that in two weeks, easy.

181 this morning. I'm really happy I've finally hit 181... and looking forward to hopping down to 179 soon. My original goal was 171 by new year's... I don't know that I will get there (unless I get a whoosh), but I can still aspire, right?

Glad you're all doing well!
I have a whopping 0.4 loss this week But I know why too, I think I might have not been tracking accurately enough, my estimations of how many calories were in the mulled wine and the oily pickled fish obviously weren't entirely accurate...

Way back, my goal for this was 179. That means I'd have to lose 9 lbs in less than 2 weeks. I'm going to go ahead and bet that's probably not going to happen, but I'm still going to try as hard as I can.

However, at this point (with my recent stall in weight loss), if I've lost another 5 lbs by the 1st, I'll be very proud of myself.

It's really nice there's so many people in here now! Glad to see you all around!!

I did really well this weekend, considering. We had Christmas with my mom on Sunday and I didn't do too horribly, but I KNOW I ate a lot of salt! Way more than normal. First I had some summer sausage (hickory farms) with cheese and wheat thin crackers. And my first piece of cake in a LONG time for my neice's birthday. Then dinner was ham, this hash brown casserole thing, veggies, and rolls. I skipped on the roll, had one slice of ham and a small scoop of hash brown stuff, with a bunch of veggies! All in all, not too shabby. Imagine my surprise when the scale told me 181 this morning?! I really thought I'd be retaining water, but not sure yet. I'll give it a few days and see what happens...

How was everyone's weekend??

I ate a lot. Something about the snow cued my body into stuff everything edible into your mouth mode. I'm still there, but at least today my choices are limited to cherries, blueberries, peppers and cucumbers.

I'll weigh tomorrow after spinning. I may cry.

hey guys! i got a shock on the scale this morning-- i was kind of bummed after only losing one pound this week, but this morning i decided to weigh myself again and i weighed in at 160! i haven't seen 1-6-0 in pfft i don't know... three years? i had a really hard workout last night so i hope this isn't just a temporary thing... if i hit 159 for this week's weigh in i will be a happy, happy girl!

also, sort of related question: is everyone working out on new year's eve day? i don't know whether it's a mental thing or an actual physical thing, but after a good workout i swear i look more toned and, if i have done something like hot yoga, thinner (at least from water weight.) i know it's only a superficial weight "loss" but i want to look my best in my dress... it was a little tight around the chest when i weighed 165. i was tempted to buy a size up but i convinced myself to buy the smaller size and make myself work extra hard!
