AFter work tonight I went down to the Civic Center and was going to go running. Well after my first mile I had to quit because I was wheezing sooo badly. I have been ignoring it but I really noticed it tonight...i wonder if i have a mild form of asthma....kind of annoying... hard to breathe for a good 20 minutes or so.

Do you have allergies? I know this time of year its very hard for me to breathe outside because of the pollen (and then I get sinusitis and forget about breathing at all...)

Hey Becky Boo. How are ya. I wrote to you in weekly chat. CHeck it out if you get a chance. And yes you may...my BF developed adult asthma in the last year or so. it's weird. GJ running though

Kelli - Awwww no sexytime...Boo. I am sorry to hear of your back problems but also glad to hear that it is not from working out....so...I guess that means you can workout still.

Brie _ i handled my depression w/out meds but I was also going to the threapist....so IDK if it counts or not. Did you get any workouts in??

Well I just remember I have to go to Richmond again for my cousins promotion dinner...Boo. That's means I need to find a new cute dress 9yay for that part) I am probably gonna have to skipthe gym tomorrow because I have to get my hair done too! Or maybe I can leave work early IDK. I WI tonight so wish me luck. Luv you girls

No I dont have allergies at all! We will see if it keeps up or gets better....I'm pretty much just going to ignore it unless it gets really bad anyway. I'm bout to do my HOUR of tae bo right now ladies so gonna get er done

So I did my Tae Bo yesterday and then went out drinkin and dancing last night which was sweaty fun!

I'm about to do my Tae bo for the day and debating on if its going to be too cold to go running tonight after work. I guess I will just play it by ear.

kelli - both of those things should be totally treatable so thats good right?
good job getting back to the gym its hard when u havent been

carter - girl have you been doing a water flush. try drinking 80 oz one day 96 oz. the next, 120 oz. the next and then 96 then 80 again then go back to normal. that should flush any excess water out

cake - maybe your body just slowed down youve been pulling great numbers for a few weeks now

i got laid lol and it was AH-MAZING! and now i can finish my hw cause i am a much nicer person lol. off to be productive hopefully i will be back in the swing of things by monday. wish me luck!

Ugh its been weeks since I've had ANY"sextyime" BUT I finally started TOM today! YAY and not YAY....its Awful...which I new it would be but hopefully that means that all the water retention I have been experiencing will just melt away
I haven't worked out for 2 days and eaten badly but I'm about to get off my booty right now and do some tae bo..

I a got on the scale last night and I am down a bit. Good enough for me. I am hitting the gym tonight and hopefully a new tattoo after that...yay!

Its been so long since I had sexytime, and its like today my body just remembered. Stupid spring. I'm going to use this to my advantage and try and spend a lot of time at the gym today.

I have been on and off with the SBD but now that PMS is finally over and I have food in the house that I can eat...I am starting completely fresh today in hopes that by friday I am back down to 170 and in the next 2 weeks I can be in the 160's especially before my BDAY!!

I haven't been running I've had more problems with my back and I haven't heard from the doctor. Work has been crazy and I haven't had time to be on here but I am going to start doing my 30DS again because I think there's very little in there that will agitate my "issue" in my back, whatever that may be. Sorry I haven't been around much.. I'll get back in the groove of personals when work settles down- if it does. I really need to make the time because everyone thinks I need to stop losing weight and I'm sorry but I'm still 20 lbs from goal! I know you girls got my back miss you.

Kelli- Girl of course i have your back! And yeah people say the same thing to me...they are like "your soooo skinny" and I just wanna kick them because it makes me not wanna try to seriously get rid of the rest so I can be happy and healthy.

Good job girl. my food has been perfect for the last few days still no working out. Dr said to wait til he could see me again so.. I called and he's supposed to be calling me back today. Hopefully I'll have good news soon or I'm going to die! I just feel so bloated from not having a real workout consistently in about 3 weeks now.

I definitely hear ya about ppl trying to burst ur bubble but if I keep this not working out thing people are gonna stop saying that to me..

i am doing so well with exercise. however with being OP I will be doing great for like three days and then I just decide that I want to eat something good. Not terrible but maybe not lettuce or chicken breast. Well ya'll get the idea. I think I may just focus on being healthy but not the actual scale for awhile. Of course I want to stay the same weight but I won't really worry about losing and if I do then ....GREAT. I guess I am starting to feel like Becky. Considering I really have about 20 lbs to lose instead of the 13 on my ticker. I decided I wanted to go about 7 pounds past my initial goal.

Kelli - I hope you get good news. And 30DS should be okay for you.

Becky - WTG for doing Taebo and staying SBD. I feel you about people saying you are skinny. I never thought I would want to be as thin as I do now.
