hhhmmm I'm here! I tried to get on yesterday but it said the site was down. I can exercise now! I just can't run only walk and elliptical but I'm just so excited to be back in the gym! I have a pretty insane ab and lower back muscle workout my dr gave me that he said was intense enough to basically last me forever and just do what I could of it and as it gets easier add more and more reps.
Monday:
45 minutes incline walk on treadmill
20 minutes ellipitical
ab workout
Tuesday:
ab workout
Tonight I'm goin to hit the gym again. My back was a little sore yesterday I think my excitmetn to get back in action may have caused me to go a little overboard but I'm ready today! Also.. the gym in my building put a punching bag in! I'm back in business!! I'm going to weigh next wednesday to see what damage this back issue has done to the scale. Becky you may have caught me!! Or I caught you?! We'll see wednesday
