i got it in last night at the gym and finished off the evening with spinach and feta turkey burgers....awesome! It is a light day for me today been working pretty hard. Got on the scale last night and iti s looking good for me on thursday! Hope all is well with everyone!

TOM is almost over and im still 195 so im keeping my fingers crossed that i will be down later this week. ive been back with the trainer as well as spinning so hopefully i will see some progress soon.

hellooooo ladies: I fell off the map. however, i did not fall off the wagon. I kinda read through everything looks like everyone is doing pretty well! I'm going to try to keep up on here there has just been so many people gone from work with it being summer that we've been super busy all day.

workout wise i'm running everynight anywhere from 2-5 miles and doing some 30DS a few times a week. my appetite is gone.. emotional stress i'm sure.. so i eat when someone reminds me to more or less. I'll update my ticker when I weigh at the beginning of the week. Missed and love you all!!

I've been scrubbing and organizing the house ALL day...bout to get a good workout in...shower up. Make dinner for my boys and then relax with what time I have left before bed.

so i haven't missed a week night of running in i don't know how long and the first day i get to get back on here and get caught up with you girls i don't go to the gym. I was headed that way when some friends called and were down the street on their way to pick me up so i went... peer pressure! dangit! i have a pretty busy weekend but i'm going to try to get a few runs in. missed my PT appt this morning i just couldnt move but i will def be going to spin at the gym in about an hr. and i will be seeing him bright and early at 9am. since he is doing me a favor i need to take advantage. but some days are hard i am still pretty miserable here but trying to be positive and praying, wishing and hoping that this job i am interviewing for is the one for me.

I'm adjusting to the move. I haven't reallly went into the city much. I'm pretty broke right now, so I'd rather just stay in. But I am OK. Glad to see you all doing good with being on plan. I haven't been. I'll slowly pull it back together as I get adjusted. Right now, I'm living off of the unhealthy food my parents bought when they were here. I don't even know what my "plan" is anymore. I'll have to re-evaluate. I think I'm gonna focus more on food than exercise right now. I am walking back and forth from work, and I need to get back into doing my Biggest Loser DVD.

I just don't know right now. The last couple of weeks are all a blur. It's like I woke up in Maryland and have no idea how the heck I got here.

OMG TOM is KIlling me....I mean i figured it would be a doozy because the last time it was hardly there...but seriously...I am on day 4(which means normally it would be pretty much gone) and I'm still crampy and gushin er out...darnit!

Maybe I will be good enough to work out a lil later..we'll see

Beaka - Awwww its not that bad is it...though I am a littled biased...since that is where i originally came from and 80% of my family is there.

My Birthday is in 2weeks and 5 days and I have got to get it under control!

Well ladies...I am going to try and kick it into gear for a lil bit here. I have an appointment on the 26th to get my IUD taken out so we shall see how things go. Thank goodness that TOM is ending...this one was AWFUL!!

I'm kinda excited about going to speed dating tonight. I'm not expecting to meet the love of my life, but at least I'll be getting out and interacting with some dudes. The club that it's at is supposed to be really nice. Gotta figure out what to wear!
