yesterday 45 minutes with a trainer at the new gym! today stairmill and maybe some running idk if im ready yet but i should be fine.

yay becky u are gonna be at goal in no time and then i have to catch up lol i feel ridiculous for not being farther along but school def took a frontseat and then all those darn vacations ah well i enjoyed myself now back to the hard work.

my eating has been cool. i havent been counting. but i will today. i prob havent been eating enough so i will make sure i do today.

ashlan i dont think u should have any lipo etc till after u are done having kids. i know a couple of ppl that gained weight frm kids and just frm life after they had lipo and they look scary. because when they suck the fat out there is no rhyme or reason and it creates spaces in the little fat that they leave. when u gain over it the fat settles in those grooves and on top and it looks disgusting. i think u should just try to lose as much as u can and tone and wait till after the kiddies are here for the cosmetic surgery. just mho. ive seen it and its nasssty lol

i'm here. working out er'day! people at work keep taking me out to eat since it's my last week, so that's been off. Weighed in at 215 yesterday morning, but it wasn't an official one. I plan to do 2-a-day workouts while I'm off next week. We'll see how that goes.

Ashlan- GIRL! do NOT get anything done if your going to have kids in the near future. TRUST me....babies change your body like never before. Surgery is expensive and no sense in doing it more then once.

Brie- I doubt I will hit goal THAT soon....I would like to but my body likes to stall exactly where I am at right now.

I plan on working out here in a lil bit and then I am going to get my hair colored. It has been kinda hard getting back on track...I think I am depressed cuz I have been super tired all the time and even though I am happier then ever I am kind of blah about everything right now. Anyways since Monday I have been CARB free so lets just hope that the rest of today and then next week and a half continues that way so I can maybe drop another 5 lbs .... or anything would be nice

Next week I'll be extending my ticker to my new goal of 199. And I can't believe I'll be only 15 pounds from it. Breaking my weight loss into smaller goals is really helping me. because I'm about to be celebrating 215! When I was 250 lbs, getting under 200 seemed so far away and like it was gonna be so hard. Thanks so much for all of your support along the way.

And now I can just look at what I've done already. And the truth is that it wasn't that bad. I can just do it again (and again) and I'll reach this goal. I have one more time with my trainer before I go. She told me that she doesn't worry about me losing the weight. She knows I'll do it, and I felt good about that. She said she doesn't say that to all of her clients

Beaka - I am really proud of you! I just looked at your ticker and realized WOW you have lost 35 pounds. That is no easy feat.

Brie and Becky - OKAY. I am just so annoyed by this fat around my waist.

Becky - Glad you staying OP and getting your workout on. I feel you about your body wanting to stay right where it is. That is me and I haven't been putting in the extra effort (eating-wise) to make it uncomfortable...lol

Cake- I can't believe it either!!! I look at my profile pic on facebook and can't even believe I look like that.

My recent NSV: Dudes sending me Facebook messages about how good I look now. It's so weird. Especially cuz I used to have a huge crush on one of them. So it makes me wonder what life will be like at goal weight. Will I be beating dudes off with sticks?!?!

Oh I stayed at 171 at WI. I am fine with that Since all the food mischief I have been in for the last TWO weeks. Thank God for running!

hey chicas!

WI was yesterday and i was down to 195.6. so i know i am losing super slow and its cause i am not being consistent with anything. but a loss is a loss.

no more bs i have my gym membership and everything else i just need to get up off my lard *** and do it!

how r yall doing?

Im working all day today..just got a break so I'm eating some turkey meatloaf.

I did get a new car on friday! Yay what a stress reliever now I just need to make a **** ton of money

Beaka- yeah its hard to tell in the picture...but its NOT red anymore, its brown with some subtle highlights...more like my natural.

I am feeling sooo much less stressed out. Time for me to really do what I say I am going to do and shed the rest of this weight for once. I didn't eat that great this weekend. not awful but definitely NOT great. I am running out of time today but I am going to clean for about 45 minutes and then do my hour of tae bo, get in the shower, and then go to work!

been working out and eating has been better. today it will be perfect though. going to do turbokick tonight and i am trying to make sure that today is a meatless day but we shall see. i want to lose 5 this week just because i have been slacking recently and i need a big number to help motivate me.

so i have this guy in st louis that i had the most amazing sexytime in my life with the last time i was there. and i know he likes me just the way i am but i want to be smaller the next time i see him. and i want to be able to wear some of my dresses that i cant fit right now cause i have gained too much weight since APRIL!!! ugh

so my goal is to get to 185 or less in 3 weeks and 3 days which i know i can do even though it will be hard. so i'm off to do something WL related like... eat!


becky - your hair is gorgeous and you look prettier with every photo. they say the last 15 is the hardest to lose so you have to be super focused. i know you will do it!

Well for me its the last 20 or so that is hard to lose. and again I am not really trying very hard. my boyfriend is even teasing me that I am slacking cuz I haven't been working out. But I have just been feeling super tired and stressed out...now it is starting to subside so I am getting off my booty as we speak to do an hour of TAE BO!!

becky - i dont know if you are into trying something new but jillian michael's making the cut book is supposed to help people losing those last 20 pounds. i am currently reading master your metabolism. and hopefully it will help me figure out why i gain so quickly and some other issues i have.

well ladies i have been POP since Monday! ive been doing a ten minute run and 30 minutes on the stairmill everyday. i am going for maximum cardio and calorie burn for the first two weeks and then i will add my resistance training back in week 3. i feel good about it. i dont have a job still so i can definitely work out as much as possible. i seriously want to be at 185 by august 14th when i go back to stl. that is where i was in april and from there i can lose the rest no more backtracking!

i am super stressed out and ready for my situation to change. im staying prayerful and hopeful. i will tell yall all about it one day. today i dont feel like acknowledging it all lol love u girls!

Its not that I CANT lose the last 20 i'm just not trying very hard on the weight loss portion of my life right now. Trying to get other areas in check so I can focus more on that. I haven't quit altogether or anything..I am just comfortable and need to not STRESS as much as possible.

Brie- I will definitely look into that book. I still use mainly the Supercharged South Beach Diet book and cook a lot of really great food out of there. As long as I dont go backwards I am ok
