becky - i dont know if you are into trying something new but jillian michael's making the cut book is supposed to help people losing those last 20 pounds. i am currently reading master your metabolism. and hopefully it will help me figure out why i gain so quickly and some other issues i have.
well ladies i have been POP since Monday! ive been doing a ten minute run and 30 minutes on the stairmill everyday. i am going for maximum cardio and calorie burn for the first two weeks and then i will add my resistance training back in week 3. i feel good about it. i dont have a job still so i can definitely work out as much as possible. i seriously want to be at 185 by august 14th when i go back to stl. that is where i was in april and from there i can lose the rest no more backtracking!
i am super stressed out and ready for my situation to change. im staying prayerful and hopeful. i will tell yall all about it one day. today i dont feel like acknowledging it all lol love u girls!
