    I myself did NOT work out yesterday but the spent the ENTIRE day cleaning, doing laundry, organizing and going through all mine and Bek's clothes to get rid of everything that doesn't fit. Oh yeah and then I moved my room around(not that there is much in it) but I like it better now.

    I also did not eat that great...not bad just not good...I feel like a FAT COW today! Just thought I would tell you.

  • Alright so not only did I just finish my hour of tae bo but I tried on my bikini(which I will NOT wear again) from before I got pregnant and I just took a picture because I KNOW that you ladies will not laugh at me. But I'm just proud that I can wear it. And I will wear it with a cover up this summer

    i live!

    i am a college graduate! the ceremony was beautiful as was the whole weekend. family and friends came in town to celebrate my long awaited accomplishment.

    now i am moving my stuff to my moms house in kc and trying to get used to not living alone. dont know if i am ready to move back in moms house but i have no choice and i have to figure out how to deal with this situation.

    sooo MIAMI is in a week and i cant wait!

    i'm not where i wanted to be but ive been maintaining i'm at about 187 considering how crazy my schedule has been that is an accomplishment!

    so i am back in full effect here as of june when i get back from MIA! i will be on my way to goal at that time and i know i will need you guys. ive missed u all a bunch and ive lurked a couple of times to see how youve been. love you girls and cant wait to be back permanently. muah!

    i am posting this in the weekly chat as well so sorry u have to endure it twice.
  • I've just been doing my regular treadmill workout and elliptical. I worked out before work yesterday and it really hurts walking in heels all day after that... so I've decided not to do that anymore, lol.

    becky it looks like you've got some extra room in there even! congrats you are doing great. I didn't weigh myself yesterday i'm SOOO bloated I'm not even kidding I feel as big as a house. I decided to wait another week.. bleh!

    brie where does your mom live in kc? I think I asked you a long time ago but I've since forgot. I live downtown so we should get together sometime.
  • Well I just got done with an intense our of tae bo today. My *** is going to be sore tomorrow I just know it...considering my legs and butt are sooo tired i can hardly walk.

    I am kind of not happy though because this morning I was at 171 almost 172 and I was just at 168 the other day...I'm sure it will come right back off. I must be retaining a lil bit of water...too much sodium or something.
  • I ran a little bit last night even though I'm not supposed to. I just couldn't handle walking on that treadmill one more minute. I didn't run long just a little over a mile.. so about 10 minutes but it felt good I just didn't want to over do it again. I just did the rest of my incline walking workout but skipped the elliptical. I drown myself in water yesterday trying to get rid of this TOM weight.. I felt like a cow all day yesterday. It worked a little bit.. hopefully it'll be gone by the wedding this saturday.

    Good job on the tae bo you've been doing that forever. I'm definitely suprised you haven't got sick of it yet I can't seem to stick to any one video or workout longer than a month without it losing its flare..
  • Kelli- thats good that you didnt over do it...but I can't see how running a little is really going to hurt as long as you take it easy. But I'm no doctor so WTF.

    And I think that I haven't gotten sick of it because I have gradually increased what I can do. I started off with Tae Bo Cardio which is a pretty moderate excercise. Then once I could do that whole thing I moved onto my Tae Bo advanced Abs and Butt. And I just alternate between the Abs and Butt workouts which are an hour each. Now that I can do the whole thing I just work on really intensifying it by using my muscles and concentrating a little harder.

    I can really feel my butt and legs getting stronger everyday and of course my abs. I totally have a six pack underneath I can feel it

    becky: I weigh tomorrow and I'm super nervous!! I started my food journal again today I'm determined to hit 140 if its the last thing I do.. ever.. in my life I will die 140 lbs. and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

  • 163 isn't bad at all!! I wish I was 163 right now Ladies since I didn't work out the last 2 days I am going to do double time today LITERALLY and do twice the workout...even if it kills me..which hopefully it wont.
  • I did 30 on the elliptical and 25 on the treadmill along with my doctors ab exercises. I was just about to go up after I got off the treadmill and get my boxing gloves when some billy bad a** came in and hogged the bag forever.. doing NOTHING I might add. I had 1242 calories yesterday.. a little low but I wasn't very hungry. I'm going to try and get some more protein in today..

    good luck today becky! dont' die and P.S. you are only 5 pounds away if I don't watch out you'll be passing me in no time!
  • I did the an hour of ultimate butt today and I'll tell ya...i can hardly walk right now! PHEW...I can feel myself getting more bloated every day though...TOM should be showing its ugly face again in the next week
  • I did 30 on the elliptical again and 20 on the treadmil for 550 cals burned. thats the first time I've ever looked at that and I was suprised it was that much for not actually running. my arms are really sore from the weights I did on Tuesday.. bleh! but I'm doing it again tonight so I better suck it up! my cals were about 1300 yesterday and I'm shooting for 1200-1400 today. we have a appreciation party after work and its free appetizers and drinks so I'm gonna really have to watch it!

    becky I want an ultimate butt! i just got off my TOM and I don't know how you ladies deal with that every month. Now that I've been on seasonale for a few years I don't think I could do it.. i just don't think its possible. but anyway..once brie gets back in town you'll have to take a little vaca to kc so we can all go out! yes yes.. i do think so.

    Yeah I have got to be expecting my TOM soon because I am feeling a little bloated and have been crazy sweet and salty like CRAZY!!

    I'm about to do my ultimate butt workout again...hopefully I can walk afterwards. I still am up a little but hopefully after TOM comes and goes I will be down again. I need to watch my eating too...too many cravings
