Scale is down .4 today. I am taking the day off of exercise. I am sore and tired today. My body needs a rest.

Today I weighed 264.6, up from .4 from yesterday. Not surprised or dismayed, just content it's not back up to 265.

I got the shock of my life today at 249 lbs! I scared my kids half to death with my roar of happiness. I'm saying it'll stay and not gonna set myself up for failure of a gain but gonna keep posting here I can say my body loves whole organic foods. I've went from totally stalled to consistent loss every day. It's my body saying thank you for no processed junk. I'm so happy! I do feel a little worried since I haven't been walking at all. I've cleaned and worked a little out side but not actual exercise.

Congrats on the losses guys. We're doing this!

Annnnnddddddddd I'm just regular obese now!

Ok. So the 249 didnt stay. I really didnt expect it to. We went out to dinner at one of my fav restaurants. Didn't do too badly. Dinner was sensible without having just salad. I also brought some home. And I only had a few bites of dessert. I am however pleasd as I am now back down to 250.2. On the downside my daughter seems to have been trained to get up at thr crack of dawn. Ugh.

Ainslie I bet the sodium was just too high in your food and you will see the 240s again in no time!

I can't wait to see the 240s! I will be closer to the 200s than the 300s.

266 today My body DID need a rest. I finally stopped bouncing between 267.0-267.8. 1more lb to go to hit the big 50lbs lost!

Today is Insanity. Let's get to losing!!

Well it has been awhile since I checked in. I've been busy with the kids getting back in school and stressing over what to do with my 9 year old after school. I've had to adjust my work hours and it really stinks. I've got to try to find a better solution. It looks like most everyone has lost since I've been on, although I haven't read through too much of the thread yet. Congrats to those who have made it to the 240's! I hit 250 this week, but this morning it was at 252 so I haven't changed my details here yet. I am getting so close to being under 250 and I can't wait It has been so long that I truly do not remember the last time I weighed 250. I just can't give up. I really, really want to make it under 200 someday soon.

Congratz to nagazim, justaloozer on your losses! How exciting!

ainslie, I agree with justaloozer, maybe there was too much sodium in your food. When I have gone out to eat I try to sip on as much water during my meal (they normally end up refilling my cup 2-3 times) and I try to continue drinking more throughout the day. I've noticed it has helped it not affect my weight too much.

Mandy, congrats on your loss this week, even though the scale backtracked a bit I'm sure it'll be back down in no-time!

Today I weighed 263.3, thank goodness it was below 264 again and hopefully this time it decides to stay that way or show me a lower number!

I second drinking water during dinner, especially when dining out. Especially if they're kind enough to equip us with a pitcher. Hahaha

ainslie - I agree with the others, that salt will flush off in a day or so and you'll be back into the 240s.

justaloozer - you're s close to the 50 lb mark!!!!!!

mandydawn77 - you can do it! You're right at 250, it'll happen. Good luck with sorting out your 9 yr olds afternoons.


levoguette - bring on the 250s! You've got this!

Beloved I always have a stall right before I hit a new decade. I'm not sure if it's mental or what but it ALWAYS happens. Keep doing what you are supposed to and you will get past the stall.

254.2 this morning a 2 lb drop since yesterday. I'm hoping it's the rest of the water/sodium gain leaving and not a cruel joke on me.
I just noticed I have passed my mini goal of 255. I don't know if I should put todays date next to it in my signature or wait to see if this sticks. I will be so glad to get out of these 250's forever!
