I survived the waterpark lol. Thanks for all of your well wishes. We only got a couple of hours in before it started raining though. I took them to McDonald's and they played for hours, just got home. We got to the waterpark at 10. I still have 3 of the kids here, got to get them home before zumba.

My scale shows the same weight as yesterday, 255.8. It's a weight watchers digital scale.

Congrats on the losses Nagazim and Mandy! And glad the party went well Mandy.

Not sure about my scale. I went from 251.8 to 253.4 this morning. Hoping it is water weight from exercise.

Congrats on your losses, Mandy and NJchick!

I weighed 264.6 today, up from yesterday (263.9). Mara, I feel your frustration! Hopefully we'll both be back down soon. I think, or am hoping, that my culprit was too much sodium due to eating out last night.

I'm nearly out of the 260s and the 250s are so close I can almost taste it. I started doing weight watchers and the accountability of having to weigh-in in front of someone has kept me motivated. It's much harder to make excuses in front of someone who has reached their goal.

I'm so happy I could cry!!! 269 this morning!!!!! I have been waiting and waiting for the scale to stop bouncing between 270-271 for days now so that I could join this thread. Looking forward to getting to know you all, but hopefully my stay here is short!

Congrats on your weight loss njchick!

Nagazim I hope you're doing well and continuing to lose.

rxash1 maybe today will be the day you get into the 250's - if not today I'm sure it will be soon.

levoguette and mara hang in there. I gained almost 5 pounds last week and worried, but it came right back off and has been going down pretty fast since. I think everyone goes through the same thing, up and down. Just keep up the good work and it will go down soon

As for me, according to my scales at home, I stayed the same as yesterday. I came to work and it showed me a pound down, but then I weighed a little while later because the scales here have been jacked up for everyone and it put me back up a pound and 2 ounces, so I'm going to assume I stayed the same. I think the battery needs to be replaced in this digital scale here at work. We have got to get it fixed before Friday's weigh in. Pants are baggier this morning so I'm able to tell I've lost this week. Yay!

I always wondered if I'd feel ok weighing in front of people. DH sees me weigh, but he sees all of me all the time, so weighing in front of him doesn't feel weird. I hope you LOVE weight watchers. My aunt has lost a ton in the past 6 months.

Mandydawn - That's the biggest issue I have with my digital scale. I always worry maybe the battery is messed up and my weight is off. I couldn't see a regular scales tiny lines well enough to swap, but the digital (electronics in general) makes me nervous. Hope y'all work it out before Friday & GOOD LUCK!

Levoguette and Mara and Mjmelwel - I went through 2 solid weeks of up and down (mainly up). I was so frustrated and got into a real funk. Only advise I have is keep at it. If you're doing all you know you should to get healthy, there's NO way you could possibly not lose weight. So salt may be the enemy now, but it'll move.


AFM - I've finally gotten back down to 253.0!

I'm pretty sure I heard the "Hallelujah Chorus" this morning Yay! 3 more lbs to first major mini goal! We were extremely busy yesterday so I couldn't check in, but I was 100% on plan Hope everyone is having a good Hump Day!

Nagazim - 250 has been my goal since I started low carb in the summer of 2011. I got all the way to 255 and then completely went off my diet and gained back 25 pounds. I finally lost all that again and I'm not going to blow it this time. Now I can work at a new goal - onederland! Seems so far away but actually it's less weight than I had to lose to get to where I am now. We can do it! I guess I could make my next goal 236 since that would be 100 pounds down!
