countryhomeschoolin ... hey I'm back at 170.2 this morning. Only .2 from my start weight September 1st. I'm feeling blah today so I don't expect a lost tomorrow either. Maybe next week will be better, hope all is well with you

Love2b150 you are doing great, sometimes we all know we get stuck for a while. I was stuck at the same weight in my eighties for like 6 weeks. It will move, just keep hanging in. I hope your blah is better tomorrow.

Hi All,
I have been in the 170's for months now! Months and months! I get to 171 then head back up to 174 or so. This is why I joined 3FC. I am so tired of the 170's! As soon as I see 169 I will do a little dance and feel like I am something.

today was my week 1 weigh-in. When I started last monday I was 175, today is 173. Next week will be the true test.

ughhh im bouncing pretty hard.. BUT i will get my self back on track so im just gonna push hard and then weigh my self/count the weigh by the weekend
