OMG! I need this thread!
I hit 179 in May and have been as low as 173 and back as high as 178.... I have been fluctuating 3-5 lbs for months. I have to say it I only have myself to blame because I have not been working my program. I have been half- a**ing it for quite a while.
In my defense, I am in an Accelerated Nursing program... I have been since Aug. of 2009. We graduate in 5 weeks now... It has been crazy busy, stressful, and a roller coaster of emotions. So I put weight loss on the back burner... I didn't completely forget it but it honestly wasn't may main focus. I suppose I should be happy I didn't gain 20 lbs like some of my classmates, but i would like to get back to losing because I have about 25 lbs to my goal weight where I wont have to pay for WW meetings anymore.
I would like to get to know you all in the 170's. Let's support each other to drop down to the 160's! I can't wait.... I weighed in at 176.0 Last Saturday at the meeting.
What are all of you doing to loss your weight? Tell me about it. What are you struggling with? What do you do for exercise?
