177.6...really ready for a whoosh...seriously .2lbs a day is getting a little old! So glad I'm losing and not gaining though...I must keep telling myself that!

I started strictly counting calories this morning. I've got to break this plateau. If you look back to the beginning of this thread I was two pounds away from the 160's. I thought I'd be a blip in this thread. Not so much! I can not seem to break 170 for anything.

So, it's back to square one today. It's time to start tracking the problem.

Argh!! I was at 173.8 and then went to 173-now back up to 173.8.

I suspect this has to do with my midnight granola snack!! (Eeeps!). OK-no night time eating tonight!!

Hey want to join in on this thread because I am SUPER happy to be getting to the end of the 170's. Its has been over two years since a 16 something has greeted me on the scale. I weighed 174.0 this morning.
