176.8 today. Up 0.8 pounds from last week, but I am now training for a 5K, so it should start to fall off quickly!

anmitche I have been training for a 5k for 8 weeks and have lost only about two pounds. You would think eating 12-1400 cals a day and running 2 miles every other day and walking 2 miles in between would help make a difference in the pounds lost but NOT! The only thing it has done (besides improve my health) is make me MORE hungry. I hope you have better luck. I do my first 5k on Nov. 20th!!!

I am really not getting anywhere. I think I need to add biking back in.

luciddepths, maintaining is great. It is like practicing for the real life when we are no longer trying to loose. When I hit a long plateu I just pretend I am in maintenance mode. It helps. But you really need to track your food. I have done this 9 months now and can not allow myself the luxery of not tracking what I eat. It is too easy to slip in little things that I forget ot ignore and not claim. Keeps us accountable!

Hey ladies. I have been away from this site for the past week or so, just like I've been making excuses to avoid the scale. I finally stepped on this morning, and was happy to see I've lost a tiny bit. I only avoid when I know I'm being bad though! The only reason I'm where I'm at is the extra exercise I've been doing.

I moved just over a week ago and am having a hard time staying on track in the new place. Cooking for myself makes all the difference. But now I'm back on here, back on the scale, and back tracking my food. Being accountable is the only way to go! I wish you all massive amounts of willpower this week!

Oh, well done!!! Congratulations!

I am hanging out here - I was on plan this weekend, but I think there might have been some extra sodium in my rotisserie chicken, because I had one of those 2-lb overnight bounces when you're on plan. I hate that.

Ah, well. We'll see what the week brings!

Still 175, but still have not added in the biking. I just don't feel like doing it!! Guess I ought to make myself.

Boy, the 170s don't want to let me go!
My last few weights:
171.9
170.1
171.9
172.1

Believe me, if I'd gone off plan, I'd admit it, why lie?
My calories are fine, my carbs are fine, my walking is fine and increasing.
Meh. Meh. Meh. Meh. Meh. Meh. Meh. Meh. Meh. Meh. Meh. Meh. Meh. Meh. Meh. Meh.
