DifficultProgress, I am no expert either BUT if your scale hasn't moved in a year now, maybe you need to re-evaluatew your calorie allotment. I would love to eat what I did in the beginning and lose weight, but of course as you lose weight you have to cut back your calorie consumption to match. If you are not loosing for a year, you are eating too many calories possible. Dangit! I hate to cut back on calories too. I eat 1400 a day but am not loosing now, so I will be cutting to 1200. But on the upside I will get to go back to 1400 for maintenance, but I have to get these difficult last 20 poinds off somehow!!!! Good luck girl, you can do it!!!!
