Lynn- 100 pounds is a HUGE milestone! Congratulations! That is truly incredible.
I wonder if our heads mess with out weight loss sometimes. If I weren't committed to an everyday weigh thread I think Id give the scale a break. Focus on being on plan and meeting my exercise goals. Then I could step on the scale a week or two later and get a nice surprise

Drawback.... Daily weighing does help keep me accountable. I guess when November 1 rolls around I'll assess whether I have the confidence to force a scale hiatus
