I have, alas, a huge sodium spike and totally am not going to post a weight today.

However, today I AM going to go for a brisk walk for exercise...the first time I've been able to do any exercise at all for weeks!!

4.2 more pounds and the BMI will say I'm NORMAL OMG!!! I'm pretty sure the last time it said that I was 9! I cannot believe this .

177.0 a slight bounce back.

Actually, I'm glad to see this! I had 3 straight days of losses, in which I lost 2.8lbs ~ I was beginning to think something was wrong with my scales, that it wasn't real loss after all. If the Bounce is back, that means I'm on the same saw-tooth trajectory that I've been for the last 133 days.
