still stuck at my range of 176-178...I bumped up my workouts and have refocused and sticking to my plan. End of summer has gotten me all out of whack! I think I hit a plateau at a bad time or something...this week is gonna be a good one though!!!

I'm at 173.0 today. Still holding onto that 3 sighhhh. I am only 1lb away from my second mini goal, 3lbs away from my Labor Day goal and 4lbs away from joining the 160's thread.
thanks love2b...we're gonna get out of this thread soon and join Terre in the 160s!!! I've promised myself I will run ever morning this week and hopefully develop the habit. I honestly didn't know I could even run until Saturday...and I might be hooked!
when I hit a plateau, I bump up my workouts and make sure I drink all my water.. Its very frustrating. I have hit alot of them the closer to goal I get

Lookin2lose, I tried a kind of jog if that makes sense last Friday. I was at 2.84 miles in my walk and I suggested to the kids let's jog the rest to 3 miles. Oh my goodness, I thought my heart was gonna come out of my chest. Good for you on running. I'll be happy when I can comfortably jog.
Terre, I really need to bump up my workout. I don't know if my lack of motivation and determination has something to do with the kids still being home or what. And that isn't even an excuse since they have been home since shortly after I started my journey. I have been slacking on the water and trying to boost that back up to my normal 96ozs.
