Wow I just started a new routine!

Yesterday was my off day from work and I like to walk between 2 – 2.5 miles.  As I was strolling along I noticed a small stretch in front of me and thought “what the heck” and started jogging.  I did this for about 20-30 seconds and went back to my normal pace.  Next stretch that come up I did it again for another 20-30 seconds!  I kept it at 2 miles since jogging was new to me and I didn’t want to fall on my face from exhaustion, but I managed to alternate walking and jogging for the duration.  I’m so proud!!!!
