Week 4 of C25K

I completed Day 1 of Week 4 yesterday.  Whew!  My legs are sore today from it, but that is a good thing!  Week 4 consists of a 5 minute brisk walk, 3 minute run, 90 second walk, 5 minute run, 2.5 minute walk, 3 minute run, 90 second walk, 5 minute run, and then 5 minute cool down walk.  That’s a total of 16 minutes of running time, and I did all of it yesterday!  I was very proud of myself when I finished.  I’m addicted to that feeling, I think.  That’s what keeps me going.  My weight has been fluctuating a good bit these last couple of weeks.  I just haven’t been tracking my food like I’m supposed to…OR drinking my water.  I gotta get back in that groove.  I know when I do, this weight will fall off.  I’m officially in the 210’s now though.  I still have not posted my weekly weigh-in.  I was at 219.8 Wednesday.  I have already added it to my results page though.

Okay, I have to go.  I have a list of things to do today, plus, I need to get this house cleaned while DD is at the babysitter’s.

Congrats on the running! I’m still just walking…ugh, 2 years ago I was running 5K daily. I’m so irritated with myself. But I am determined to get back there. Great job 🙂

I take my hat off to you.
I’ve gotten through week one and then failed, twice, due to lack of motivation. Giving it another go next week though…
Keep up the good work.
