Sesame Garlic Spinach

recipe ingredients
2 pounds fresh spinach, cleaned and trimmed
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted

recipe directions
In a large non-stick, heat sesame oil and saute garlic. Add wet spinach leaves and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes. Drain; stir in sesame seeds. Serve warm or at room temperature.

    very bland. we added a few tablespoons of yoghurt and some curry powder and salt, and it was great though :)
