It was excellent..not too heavy on prep work! I would give it a 9!

This was an excellent dish. It is a lower fat recipe with very little prep and wonderfully intense flavor. I give it a 10!

This recipe was absolutely great! I had never cooked bok choy before, but my whole family loved it (even the ones who aren’t dieting). I give it a 9!

It has been a struggle to keep not just myself but my husband on the weight-loss band wagon. This recipe went very far in helping me with this last week. He enjoyed it so much we had it twice and he stayed on the diet that whole time. Needless to say, I truely enjoyed it as well!

I’m making this again and again! The whole family loved it. It was also inexpensive to make, which is important when feeding a family of 5. The only variatin I made was adding pale dry sherry with the soy sauce.

LOVED it also hubby liked it . You relly do need to use low sodium soy sauce. I didnt have any on hand and it was a little to salted

This was fantastic! My husband asked me to make it every week.

This was just OK. I did not like the tomatoes, I would put red peppers in next time.

I made this recipee for myself and three very picky little boys aged 10-2. We all loved it and it is now a frequent meal in our house. Serve it over some rice. Delicious. I give it a 9 1/2

I love this but not “as is.” I’m leaving out the tomatoes next time, doubling the green onions and bok choy, and maybe increasing the oyster sauce a bit.

The hubs loved this one! As a man who will never eat leftovers, he chose to make a sandwich with the leftovers! It’s a miracle!

This was an excellent recipe. However, I would add a bit more oyster sauce to the veggies and perhaps add a pinch of low sodium salt to the sirloin.

I am allergic to oysters. Is there an alternative to the oyster sauce? I would love to try this recipe.
